Awesome essentials! I 100% agree. The only other thing I’d add is a diaper caddy/storage basket (stocked with diapers, wipes, change pad, nipple cream, etc.) for beside your bed in the middle of the night. Having everything organized and right next to me for middle of the night wake ups was essential! Walking across the room or searching for something doesn’t seem like a big deal but at 3 am it makes a HUGE difference.

Oh i totally forgot about this!!!!! Ahh it’s such a good one too! Yes i have a utility cart next to my bed and it’s been sooooo helpful!

I also have the rock n play. I did my research on the issues and found that the babies that passed away were not strapped in and rolled over and suffocated. It had nothing to do with the product itself (other than not having a breathable material), and the product isn’t dangerous if you use it properly. I totally understand why parents wouldn’t want to use it. We continued to use ours and just follow the safety instructions and it works perfectly. Best purchase yet. Hopefully they change the material and bring it back because it’s a game changer

Some of the causes were due to positional asphyxiation also though, but i totally get what you mean! I felt the same way up until i had my baby and i just couldn’t put him in it. I had friends use it for multiple kiddos, so i had planned to still use it, but like i said i couldn’t lol. I hope they just improve the product. I’m a little disappointed i never got to use it because of all the raving reviews. Maybe in the future they’ll release once that’s approved ♥️

Simmply Samm I never found a case like that but that makes more sense for the recall. The position actually helped my baby with her reflux. But that does make me a little nervous. We are actually gonna start the crib transition, but for future babies I will probably hold off just in case. The owlet also helps give us some peace of mind but we don’t rely on it

Yeah! I totally get what you mean i felt the same when i first heard it but then i heard about that that’s when i couldn’t lol ooo never had the owlet i heard good things about it
