  • Family welcome to another episode of the streetfood series. I'm excited to take you through the preparation meal called Tuo Zaafi (TZ). Tuo means stirred, and zaafi means hot. What sets Tuo Zaafi apart and makes it a popular meal across the country are the nutritious and rare herbs used in making the accompanying soup, including the dawadawa and ayoyo leaves.
    Ingredient
    corn floor
It’s another positive and vibing energy of the street food series you don’t want to miss out on!

I seriously love your video's. I’m going to Ghana in December and I’m so excited to see these things. It's so authentic and I love how exciting the women in the villages are. They are hard working women and deserve some recognition. Keep up the good work!

These are smart, engaging and business minded women.
    Team work and love
    Wonderful. Keep spotlighting such places.
Why? It is part of our original culture.
The day I see you spotlighting European food I will unsubscribe.
Why? It is not native and has been over-exposed.
