I came across the sinoville garden cottage as well and I really like it. I have two cats though, so I was wondering if the landlord was totally again all pets, or if small pets would be fine. Its a bit confusing because the listing says pet friendly. Im a bit concerned now

Hey! There were other small dogs on the property, so it was selectively pet friendly, but I would suggest double checking with the landlord if they are ok with cats, just to be sure, because that isn't something that you want to figure out later 😂

Hey there!... Just getting your opinion on this since you're a student with experience of the campus... Would you recommend for first year students to get accommodation from the university campus or outside campus? , thanks!

Hey! I have only ever stayed in off campus accommodation, so I have limited experience. It depends on you as a person, if you are very social and you're looking to make friends, an on campus residence could suit you better, or if you are more private and you like to be able to get away from people, private accommodation is the better option. I have also heard some stories from some people that some residences can pressure you to join every social and that affects your academics, so that is also something to take into account, I'm personally a big fan of private accommodation, my introverted side always gets the best of me 😂 I hope this could help a bit!
