Sir you have worked in bank for one & half year. Before joining bank you also have worked in multinational company and currently you are working in a MNC after completing your Mba from top B school. @@geetanshjoshi899 1. You need to appear for promotional exams, as well as interview.
2. In TO channel 3 Years with jaiib caiib,
4 years with only jaiib,
In merit channel 5 years with caiib, otherwise 6 years,
In normal cum seniority channel 8 years
3. Posting depends on various factors one cannot say they’ll get home posting. But as per latest circular upto scale 4 you’ll be in same circle i.e. same state/states that you have joined.
Home posting milega if you’re really lucky😅 but 100-200 km from home mil jata hai…
P.s- I am a clerk and posted at a distance 200km from home whereas my BM is from 35 km

3 years with JAIIB and CAIIB, 4years with only JAIIB, You need to have passed at least JAIIB to be promoted through TO channel, otherwise you have to go through merit channel/ normul cum seniority channel

Joining salary in hand around 30k and further depends upon duties and level of work he’s vested on… Some 1-2 years old employees get around 55000 in hand , 5-6 k extra for petrol and other allowances, for doing the job of a cash incharge
