As a Scottish person, you can tell that he knows the accent. It starts off pretty poor but at times you can hear it (It sounds more east coast, like Dundee / Fife area) but its lacking in speed which is obviously because he isnt a native / using it frequently.
Thought he slowed down so others can actually comprehend it, remember a YLYL where proper speed just makes people lost
so funny you say that as I'm from Fife area, he kind of sounds like... someone who goes between glasgow and fife, but has like.. one english parent or something LOL. the accent wobbles about which is probably why it kinda sounds like he's influenced from multiple areas.

That's a stacked lineup. When I heard about the plans for it, I thought it would be just Karen, Mouse and three more people at most, like in the RPG with Mouse, Nyan, Aethel, Conno- sorry, Bubi, and NightmareNexus as the DM.

It follows similar cadence to East coast like Dundee / Fife but its unrefined and can tell its a put on accent and yea, naturally runs into a more slower and southern version.
