How much you spent on it and how is it going?
Just would want to add few things, Cg is faster then Ybr, due to old OHV engine. Which is not used by any single company now in cars or bikes, dont know about the tractors etc. OHV was just designed to be the one which won’t need much maintenance and has torque.
Nowadays due to competition many other factors are considered which include fuel efficiency, the most important comfort, braking and stability, aesthetics, and smoothness of a ride. OHV is not even used in heavybikes. All them bikes are of OHC DOHC type etc.
Ybr Ybz are initially slower then Cg, but takes the lead on long race (top speeds). Just wohi civic grande ki story, civic nai niklygi baad mai 200 pay ja k nikal he jati hai cuz grande nai nikalti phr. Same story. I know all the inside out of Yamaha and honda. Hondas 125 will never worth its price. Its a useless khatara vibration se bharri bike with no braking power.
Word of advice: Use two fingers while using front brakes, and use front and back one’s in 70/30 proportion that is 70% front, 30% back. Shift gears at 8000 rpm if you want an excellent pick. If you’ll force it to 10k iska dum ghutyga. In engines ki shifting ka garion se alag scene hai. I am a car drag racer myself, iska wo scene he nai k full full rpms touch honay se pehle change kro. I own YbrG, so thats what I got to know after owning it.
Plus do that carb tuning thing which was done by Shahab lodhi (the youtuber) us se bht achi hojayegi pick, plus bike torque, and bike around 20% ziada smooth hojayegi (not saying for racing purpose, but for ride pleasure).

Beshak ye CG125 se race nahi jeet sakta lekin YBR is very much smooth and comfortable. Race bache lagatay hain, jinko complex hota hai. Men prefer smooth rides.
