I actually heard from a dude who spent time with Seth and Orion that they are both really cool, chill guys. Unfortunately this dude didn't get to spend time with Nergal cause he was busy with two ladies in his hotel room 😂
Damn Orion sounds so good live. Its almost too obvious that his vocal technique is a lot more stable than Nurgle's, but their vocals both are still great.

Nergal's voice lost its brutality.It's more harsh than brutal in the latest two albums.I don't know if cancer had its impact on it.
I would guess vocal fatigue, his vocals were brutal but the technique he used back then really takes a toll on the voice. It also sounds like he's growling with less pressure from the diaphragm.

@@WvlfWar Since I'm not Nergal myself I CAN'T say this is pure fact. But from what it sounds like when I'm comparing his older style of growling to his new style I hear a mix of both shouting and growling in his old vocal style. A mix of shouting and growling can give a unique touch to the overall vocal style but requires much more pressure from the diaphragm, that pressure gives his vocals the brutal and alot more aggressive sound but it also strains his vocal chords faster.
As I said I'm not Nergal so I don't know the details, this is only my theory that I got using my ears :)
@@simonlindgren5920 get it.Thanks again mate.I think that it's not that he can't growl like he did in the apostasy or demigod.I suppose he sings more into black metal than in death to match the music he plays.If so,in my opinion,he should sing the songs from those albums with the style he sang them then and not with the present one.It fits more.Same goes for the songs from the latest two ones.They wouldn't be so atmospheric with the brutal vox as they are with the harsh ones.
@@WvlfWar Yeah I agree, might be difficult to change between two different vocal styles through the live set but maybe with much practice it can be done.
