Those diamonds are big. Nice ring definitely a keeper.
its worth what someone will give you for it and i think if you can find the original owner (or their kids) they would give you the most.
my guess at a pawn shop is around $200 - $250 to sell it to them but they probably ask around $800 for it and hope for $500+.

It's worth more to you than it would be valued by a broker or a Pawnshop. My guess would be around 12 to 1500 though.
I feel sad that someone lost their wedding ring from 1980. 🥺 Married 44 years... 💔 I wish the owner could be found.

I'm an x jeweller from many years ago. There are some variables that would determine the value. Carat, cut, color, clarity, but the fact it is 14kt which is awesome, and probably used higher end jewels in the setting. Those diamonds look to be about 15 points each ( .15c) 100 points=1 carat! What an awesome find!

I inherited it from my mother and she bought it at Best Buy years ago. I want to say twenty two hundred back then. She was proud of it as she bought it with her first paycheck as a Director of Nurses. ❤

Awesome ring find! Ugly setting, but beautiful diamonds & gold. You could have it melted down into a really pretty setting by a jeweler and use it if you ever propose to some lovely lady. 💍

Nice finds brother, you always find variety of goodies, I’d love to get certified to dive one day and get a good metal detector, I know a bunch of great holes just don’t have the means to hunt like I wish I could, I mainly look for native artifacts for about 28 years but I’ve spent hundreds of hours magnet fishing with a speaker magnet by myself before I started a CZcams channel and found about 15 pistols, a bayonet and a variety of iron relics, I did buy a proper magnet after I started a CZcams channel but only used it once when Auquchigger came down to bottle hunt with my nephew and I, only used it for about 30 minutes and lost it my very next outing and haven’t magnet fished since but I know of about 6 old ford river crossings and want to go scavenge when I get another magnet, one right by my house where I found a wagon wheel recently, anyway sorry for rambling, I saw you in nugs video the other day for his second channel. I grew up around where he’s located, i don’t know him but I watch his videos, I appreciate the uploads bud, always enjoy, God Bless & GL&HH!!!

The ring is worth whatever someone will pay for it. Depends on the diamond. Cut, clarity, and condition. How much gold and, of course, the condition. You dang rite it's real

Real diamonds! ❤ Michael, there’s a metal triangle on the back of the tester and you should hold it there ( almost like a pencil ). This way your body temperature ( conductivity ) won’t interfere and give off any false positives and yes these testers, like most things, are for right handed folks. 😉😊🥰

Being inspired, I hadn't used my AT Pro in a long time and tried turning it on to discover that now I have to figure out how to put in new batteries.
I just opened it up, and a stinky liquid came out all over a blanket on my bed, on the carpet, it was awful. The battery pack was slippery with it. A contact nubbin on the battery pack actually broke off from corrosion I guess. I hope I haven't cooked the thing. It has been sitting for several years.

I was a jeweler back in my day,I knew those were real diamonds before you put the tester on them,I can’t tell you the value cause I don’t know but the size of each one is substantial & I would say the value is too!Great creek walk!

Watching from Hawaii and I'd say that is definitely gold with real diamonds. Got six rings in six hours this morning. Only two were gold and they are tiny.

So the coins that aren't all that old -- but obviously get somewhat corroded/changed while in the river -- can you use them as legal tender in any store? Or do you turn them in to a bank to get the same value in good condition coins? Or do you have a *REALLY BIG* piggy bank for all of your found, but not rare, coins?

Haha yeah it's a cheap tester lol, The one I purchased had 4.5 on amazon. Anyway, you still can't trust it fully. I suspect the diamonds are still real. I don't have a vortex, so no I won't be at the moment.
