Love the content, not many people seem to do these anymore which is a shame.
The Devil axe formula in fe6 is actually (21- current level), not (31 - luck). Just to keep in mind for any future fe6 runs.
For units like Raigh and chapter 13 Percival; they don’t receive hard mode bonuses as they don’t appear as reinforcements. Always found this funny as Miledy gets them, despite only appearing technically as a reinforcement in a cutscene before immediately recruiting herself.

4:21 What do you mean similar?! He has the same or much better growths in everything outside of Strenght and HP, and even then his growths are still great in those stats
I was considering giving him 4/5 because his growths are absolutely ridiculous, but the combination of having very similar bases, a bad starting level preventing him from gaining a ton of EXP really quick (which is something he DOES get from A Route) and a pretty crappy class for the most part made him a 3/5 for me.
There was also the personal bias towards Fir who basically had everything that Gonzales didn't. Waifu Bias, I guess.
Honestly, kinda considering reworking the */5 system to something a bit wider because I don't think Similar is quite right either.

How were you able to force the randomized growths into multiples of 5? (IE 25% growth vs 22% growth?)

This Rando is/was using the Yune Randomizer, but ROM hacking wizards have since created a self-randomizing ROM that may or may not be better, haven't experimented yet.

Are yiu sure you put the stats for the right version of Gonzales here? Because I remember him having 5 skill in this map
On hard mode units you recruit from the enemy army (other than hugh and raigh, due to engine quirks) recieve varying stat bonuses identical to the ones that other enemies recieve. Referred to as hard mode bonuses, it's an effect of how the developers gave enemy units boosted growth rates that trigger on hard mode - the same applies to hector hard mode in fe7.
While on normal mode, Gonzalez will have 5 skill, on hard mode he will have 7-8. Other units who also have this quality are miledy, rutger, zeiss, klein, tate, cath, fir, shin, and Garrett. Douglas might also get the bonuses, I'm not too sure.
