This is a Gameplay Video of Wario Ware Move It for Nintendo Switch. Wario just scored a fantastic trip for himself and 20 pals to Caresaway Island. Being a good boss, he's invited all his employee friends along. They've received some lucky Form Stones as a welcoming gift from the island's locals, which are said to help them excel in their Microgames. What other adventures and escapades might our crew encounter on this intriguing island? Find out in this Walkthrough of the Full Game. We will do all Characters Microgame. Smooth moves had a better version of this the elephant was harder and faster on the 2nd one, had 4 including normal, sudden death, and random and finally actually used all the movesets besides the nunchucks

How can you get the gamemode on the floating island
“Finding all of the microgames unlocks Pyoro W.” - Super Mario Wiki, WarioWare: Move It!, Gameplay
If you find every micro game available, you unlock Pyoro W ( the game mode you are referring to )
Im surprised they didn't include the one that doesn't have the cues.
I guess it would require too much calibration with Forms such as the Hand Model or Pounce. Plus, having to get into position as the microgame happens could be detrimental to your success.
