A game of high drama at Kenilworth Road. Oxford, needing a win to secure safety from relegation, take a 2-0 lead through Dean Saunders (6) and Trevor Hebberd (22).
Luton hit back late in the second half to make it 2-2 through Mike Newell (85) and Mark Stein (88).
Saunders heads home John Dreyer's cross in the final minute to keep the U's in the top flight for another season.
