PO 1000 me se 1 select hota hai, wahi CBO 10 me se ek. PO me 15lac application ati hain for 1500 seats CBO me 50k ati hai for 5000 seats. Plus PO me IIT NIT ke bache form bharte hain.
Paisa bhuddi kharedne ka dia jata hai. Otherwise 60k ki naukrio ki kami nai hai india me hosiyar bachco ke lie. Waise bhi knowledge wise sab 6 month me same level pe aa jate hain.

10k salary extra plus promotion to scale 2 just 1.5yr after confirmation vs 3yr for CBO.

Sbi just taking out already trained officer from other banks bs, and i have preference to stay in my state so it is better. Role wise sab same hai agar po ko jyada bhi hai to scale 2 se sab same ho jaata hai.
I think scale 2 se same ho jaati hai salary and also aap apne state me rahoge that matters alot
Bhai everyone has different point of view . Jb aap job kr rhe the private banks me tb aap earn kr rhe the, ar usi time koi baccha apne life me struggle krke bina earning k ,apne life k 2-3 saal laga k job ki preparation kr rha hota hai, to uske jis job ko pane k lye private bank ki earning chor di, apne life k 2-3 infact 3-4 saal bs padhai krte hue nikal deta hai, to bhai wo v to kuch deserve krta hai na .
I have worked with sbi as clerk for 4 years ,now i have joined Idbi assistant manager, can i apply for CBO after getting 2 yesrs experience from here

No once you leave sbi, you can't join again
PO ' s are selected through competitive examination, whereas CBO' s are hired . SBI gives value to education. All over India se kuch selected candidates mei ata hai PO. Difference to hai bhai.

@@Mr.Pkumar bhai as a Po ..,what do u know regarding core banking and basic principles and practices of banking and the genuine branch operation and core sales on which the recent future of banking depends and now a days SBI needs that type of people who have explored banking practically..,so both are different in their own way u cannot compare both of them ….,coz they are freshers they have to get entry by that way

@@Mr.Pkumar bhai this is not about right or wrong ..,this is regarding roles and responsibilities..,that role and responsibilities require experience and why SBI is not recruiting freshers as a scale 3 or scale 2 officers in general ..?so everything is correct at their own place

Bilkul bakwas knowledge h tumara. Competition k samne koi b experience fail hai bhai. IAS ko har department ka head kyu bnate hain?? Kyuki usko pressure jhelna aata h. Jo complete karke aya h usko value milegi. Na ki kisi b pvt Bank se aye hue logo ko.
IAS officer ko bank po se compare mat kro, simply SBI bhi ek company hai jisko business krna private banks jaise jab tak business kregi, profitable rahegi tab tak chalegi warna Air India jaisa hal ho jaega sarkar bech degi, on the other hand IAS officer ko koi business nahi laga uska Kam hai administration sambhalna, to koi compare banta hi nai h yaha, aur ha experience matters the most, I support this bhai agar SBI CBOs ko private se la rhi h to jyada salary to hona hi chahiye po se kyuki wo bhut Sara experience le kr aa rhe h

Maine Bandhan Bank me 1.6 yr as a Relationship Manager ( Sales) work kiya hai yaha Mai Business loan dekhta th login se Disbursement tak sath hi cross sales bhi LI and A/C.
