You can put your fondant clouds In the oven for a few mins at 150°, it will harden quicker in less than 4 days. Over night preferably

What did you charge for this cake?
The clouds could be made from different size polystyrene balls and covered with fondant in the same way , therefore lest weight . But obviously advise your customers it’s not edible
Very neat, gentle, but pale for a children's cake, a few bright details are missing.
