Pile 1 - I've got a 90 year old mum, a 39 year old daughter who is really struggling and 2 delightful grandchildren, under 5. I've got health issues and my son in law is Taurus the bull. He's fed up with me because I was too ill to look after the children a few weeks ago. I'm nearly 70 myself and I feel like all my family still want me to have the energy of a 23 year old.

I picked pile 3, and I had to come back to watch it because of recent events and the relationship/shadow work portion of the reading, plus the first cards of the reading look like us. I found out that a guy that I used to see has passed away. I hadn't thought about him for years and decided out of the blue to google him (he is well known in the region, so he is easy to google), and I found his funeral notice. His funeral was on Monday and I'm devastated. Things ended badly, but I always regretted it not going well. We were both in toxic stages of our lives and it was always going to end, but he was mostly a good person and a wonderful father. The last two days I've been so upset because I know that I treated him badly, and the person I am now would never allow myself to behave that way. And now I will never have the chance to say I'm sorry... in person. I feel dreadful. This has really rocked me and it's made me realise I still have shadow work to do. How do you forgive yourself for things you've done in the past? I know I'm not that person anymore, but I carry the shame and torment myself with it. How do I grow from this? 😢
We have all done things and have behaved in ways that we are not proud of and have now outgrown. You can speak with his spirit and I know he will forgive you and himself for all the misgivings of life. The best apology we can give is to be and do better and you’re already doing that xx

Pile 3 - 24 hours ago, I got called to my dad's place in the middle of the night and found out he'd passed away days ago...talk about a Tower moment. I haven't let myself fully feel it yet. Given the circumstances, I suspect making arrangements is going to be challenging - planning his funeral, figuring out how to move his stuff and everything else one does when losing a parent. Since getting the news, I have felt this malaise come over my body and I'm just suddenly tired but cannot sleep. Hearing I'm being watched over throughout what is coming is a bright spot.
