So sad that fame gets in the way of amazing content. Just love the refined content of this channel but because it's not "jay Leno's garage" then it barely attracts any eyeballs.
The mix of architecture, friendly banter and undiluted love for car history makes this a top channel in YT.

The younger Audrain museum staff doesn't impress me and I find myself avoiding any content with twenty and thirty year olds who think they bring anything to any discussion of automobiles.To paraphrase the late drummer Buddy Rich, "You're nothing but a bunch of bullshit high school jive artists." Actually, that's a direct quite. Donald has real automotive knowledge as does Jay. The kids, however, are hapless, hopeless and cringe worthy.

Jay found a car that can put you in jail with only 1st gear. Donald is flinging his free spirit around with those pajama pants and running through 3 gears in the GTO.

The black and yellow on the Bugatti gives a Gee Bee racer vibe.
I've driven Mercedes-Benz AMGs at M-B AMG Driving Academies, including a Black Series--they're rocket ships on wheels.
That Bugatti is as French as Rolls-Royce is English. The engine is entirely built in Salzgitter, Germany.

At 6:48, Jay mentions that electric seats are superfluous. I ordered my F8 Tributo with driver's and passenger's electric seats, just so the car would be well-speced and not a low-reny stripped down example. And oddly enough I do adjust my seat a bit depending on how I feel that day. But mostly I'm always changing the lumbar and side bolsters.

The Ferrari is really fabulous. And the Mercedes is sort of a Nouveau Riche Vehicle!

First first vehicle with a backup camera was a 1965 Buick concept car the first production vehicle was a 1991 Toyota soarer in Japan. The first production vehicle in the US was an Infiniti Q45 in 2002 so they can talk all they want but it wasn't pickup trucks that had the first backup cameras
With that split rear window, and the "spine" along the roofline, the Bugatti harks back to the 57SC Atlantic coupes of the 1930's, something, I think Donald refers to when he makes his closing remarks

My 2009 Ford Flex was factory equipped with a backup camera. I’m sure other 2009 Ford models were also equipped.

wonderful video and house again. But I have a suggestion, as this time really those cars have simply NO connection to the place.To artificially suggest one is obsolete I think in this case. This Mansion and Motorcars series should each time feature 1 car that comes out of the exact year the mansion was built, at least there would be an atmospherical connecting in both subjects.In the present video I don't see the point, although the cars are superb by their own means
In order for the famous Tenuous Connection to be tenuous, it needs to dabble in the abstract. Otherwise it would just be a connection.

Furthermore the roads are atrocious,russia in the 90´s.The 599 needs to have a bushing replacement in the suspention department.-No mention of it in the video.The need for a kidneybelt is obvious.Also this Audrain corporation,was not that an old postal order company skinning people selling trash earlier ?.
