Fabian Müller could establish himself as one of the most remarkable German pianists of his generation. Tonally the first movement is a complete monster to control...

The so called ‘fate motif’ in 5th symphony is actually written as 8th notes in 2/4. But here is a different rhythm. I’m asking myself whether the similar audio effect is created by the motif itself or the placement of the motif. And f minor sonata is composed ahead of 5th symphony so the symbolism might not stands the same.
