Hi, I am a management grad. I was planning to transition to tech for my MS in the US... as it is easier to get an H1B. So as per the video, it isn't the right time. What should I look up for while choosing a major, having multiple interests? NEED MORE VIDEOS in ENGLISH :)

Okay, new subscriber here. And I really appreciate any insight you can give. Based on my questions, you would know that I am still figuring this out.
1- Im in Malaysia and I think, based on some videos, chat with gpt etc, that moving in the US and being hired there is better than waiting for remote work, especially global remote
2- I am contemplating whether I wanna pursue a degree/masters. Here's why. Many said that doing courses and certifications are enough, if we couple with projects. My qualms is that if I wanna climb and easily spotted for work, wouldnt it be best to have degree/master (with skills from certs and projects) than not to have it?
3- I love your point, which is to drive ourself more towards AI focused role because its going to be heavily invested by a lot of companies, both tech and non tech
4- Based on all this, is it wrong for me to build my skills until im able to land a role in analytics locally, but invest my time to go deep in data science. While at the same time, get a scholarship or a program to do masters in related subjects in a US company while working for them (so I can make a move there)?
Appreciate the reply whenever you are free.
edit: I wrote this before I finished your video, and you bring up excellent questions about asking ourself the question before we wanna work in the US. Still appreciate the reply Sandeep!

Please change the title to - Is Master's in USA worth it if you are looking for a job in USA otherwise it gives a wrong impression to students who come to USA to do their MS not for the sole purpose of getting a job. Their objective is to go into research or come back to their home country. Also, 50K is a on the low end to be able to complete a MS taking into tuition and living costs especially on the east and west coasts.

Hmm. If your financial situation is not bad and manageable, then try to come earlier. Maybe postpone by 1 sem or year if you want to. But 2 years seems too long.

In 2022, I was accepted to MS in US , which would have cost me around 65,000 on fee alone
At the same time I cracked a job interview for a European company and decided to ditch my masters for job.
I now earn close to 75k per year. 😎
Not to turn anyone off for wanting to earn a degree but make sure not to go into huge debt for it. Also do it for a degree that makes your time and money worth it.

Best option for get a stem cheap buisness analyst or financial engineer degree under 20000 try to end whole curriculum end it within 1 to 1.5 years colleges should close to big cities work part time
Then get a job or internship earn money live cheap with multiple partners pay the loans aggressively if you get good pay then do mba or mis from good university

Few universities in USA offer affordable stem course, but what you are briefs are highly competitive course,
You can't get and finish degree in even 30 k USD.
So in problem in recession we should get degree in some reputed University,
Other wise feel pressure to get internship and job's.

Big instituitions are continiously buying house to increase house price create unafforability to afford and medical cost increase some health issues causes 1 year salary as well then Russia china buy record high number of golds to ditch USD and BRICS nation main agenda to bring down USD as global reserve currency 60% of the world it will take years but resulted those reserve currencies are flood back to america streets increase basic things prices as well example groceries, gas , house, insurence, education fees with in few days USA will reach 35 trillion dollar national debt but its GDP 25 trillion last year USA Budget deficit around 2 trillion which means USA expense 6 trillion but its income only 4 trillion remaining 2 trillion USA borrow from its own FED through various method BONDS, TREASURIES, T bills etc... currently USA spend more on its DEBT Than defence budget this agin leads to increase national debt exponentially mark my word increase exponentially in 2019 USA national debt around 20 trillion now 34 trillion you can imagine where we can in next 6 years no one country in the world borrow like USA because it is a super power and 60% of world reserve currency it can print itself that the causes of 2008 financial crisis . Now USA bleeding at two front war RUSSIA UKRAINE and ISREAL PALESTINE with in three years we will see another front of war also china taiwan these all prices are paid by USA taxpayers and USA citizens not by politicians , big corporates and big instituitions and currently more than 3000 banks in USA are lead to fail i mean BANK RUN which mean you cant go and take your own money from your own bank account we will see all these things after elections untill this government will try to sell lot of lies we will fine our economy fine very well like this ........

These all are cycles for every country,no country will survive without recession,
They might cut down defence budget.
So life is full of up and down,we have ability to survive even in worst scenario.
