May Allah give you reward for sharing this. I did my own exegesis for Surah Al-Qalam (The Pen) which is also called Surah An-Nuun. I read most of the traditional exegesis of Quran but no one was able to satisfy my heart on their interpretation of what the letter Nuun represented. Therefore, I asked Allah to untangle this knot in my heart. Then after sometime, Allah opened my heart towards an understanding. I wrote down what came to my heart. It was very different than what i have read in exegesis of Quran. So I kept it to myself waiting to find something that will give me some courage to formalize and share it. This video not only confirmed what I found out but also gave me more insights on extending what I understood. Thanks to Allah for keeping the words of Sheikh ul Akbar alive and thanks for Stephen for being the conduit. May the hidden Nuun write down rewards for you with the same pen. Ameen.

Truly astonishing to glimpse the depth and majesty that these exemplars are capable of. Hard to believe the Divine cares so much about us wretches that it goes to all this trouble to educate us! It seems so remote and yet deeply embedded in the heart. I'm confounded.

i doubt the divine is given a choice. if it wants to survive it must create, sustain AND protect.

Excellent talk, Stephen. Really enjoyed it. I did watch Critchlow's lecture on Sacred Geomery. Now your talk on Ibn Arabi's perspective make it more clearer. Also read the Insha' ad- Dawayir ... very hard concepts to grasp. Thanks for the wonderful research and a very informative resourceful lecture. May God bless you with more delightful Insights

Nooo Nooo We can't consider Quran living being...but you can say each of word/letter in quran have special denoted powers, which are by the will of Allah only
