You don't want to run from your "shadow side". I read an excellent book once called "Revovering Connections" and they said the shadow has a gift in it. When you acknowledge and own those parts of yourself, then God can begin to heal you
This is equivalent to experiencing an ego death and walking through the darkness to enlightenment and a reborn self with stronger boundaries, knowing oneself and gaining x ray vision to see narcissists coming
Soon as you draw strong boundaries and request equality or even if you see them for what they are and try to end it calmly they still run. They won’t give you what you deserve but also won’t let you leave with any respect. I liked the comment running from themselves. So true.

I have done that ...I held him accountable...more than one time... always bringing the same message...sometimes using different words but always boiling down to the same point...he ran away with the speed of lightning...

never has such a wonderful loving man been so wasted by a crazy woman my dad used to say she was crazy she had him killed by a diseased woman it only took 8 years I'm sure she paid her well it was after my mother was sent to an early grave 1987 my cousin did this to us she paid a lot of help ( monkeys ) dad made it to 2011 I'm alone and waiting to leave life behind she wanted to marry me around 2000 we were a couple don't panic we were distant cousins I created a sever narcissistic injury when I got in my car and sped away for the last time she's been out there watching waiting for my death I have a hunch she caused one of her husbands to have a premature death ( not hard to do when your the cook ) for insurance money this chick is as crazy as the day is long and you better believe it I'm lucky I'm a super empath 👁👁

12:16 Yeah, it’s a blend isn’t it, not unnecessary insensitivity but the natural, default without thinking free adherence to truth, which is essentially to reality, they hate that, brings on DARVO, learning about that was (still is really, can take until after an interaction for me to go oh that was a covert darvo ie soft version not a raging version from whoever it is) - so many people are like this, it’s astonishing- & they find me ‘difficult’ for being naturally honest basically, & that goes hand in hand with us being naturally cooperative & collaborative - goodness aren’t we annoying 🤦🏻♀️- you provide a very important key here, if people welcome such an unguarded & really actually it’s natural confidence too, so real approach they are basically equally benign & committed to truth, reality & positive growth .. 16:00 bang on, without being constructively objective about yourself, your actions & character how on earth can you grow, & really actually have genuine agency in this world, bang on .. thank you Chris, this was so helpful, the beginning when you were explaining about their response to ‘shame’ & also how often these people are basically spoilt, not all traumatised as so often posited on channels - because they so make it about us, attack us, when we have done nothing except try to speak, & it’s so hard to see them as having any awareness at all of their role etc .. I guess no conscience is the obvious thing & shame is about being viewed isn’t it, it’s not internal - so yeah, much better than I was by miles at dealing with, recognising their antics & not taking ownership of their lies & nonsense, projection basically.. incredibly helpful.. saved.

The narcissist (naruto) comes in different bodies to you. When you reject or figure out one body, he takes shape of another one, and records your reaction. He can be tall at first, then extremely short, change gender, control a couple of his clones at the same time.
He could say that it's "your karma, and fault", but it's not due to your behaivor. He's a familiar spirit, and something only happening in the end time.
