Happy to see the USDA is working with farmers to help people and not waste farm production. Many pantries do not have refrigeration and it makes a difference in the variety of products you receive.

I just got food from a food drop off at a local school yesterday and was beyond blessed. I honestly was not expecting so much. I even shared some with my neighbor. I’ve never had to get help for groceries before until now. Been without work since end of October. Fingers crossed I get this job that would start mid January. Had my 3rd and final interview on Wednesday and was told I’d hear back by Monday.
Where do you good to the food pantry. Where. Do you live we live Wisconsin also. We don't get nearly as much as you do. But what of we get it helps. Thank you for your videos. You give some good ideas for the food .
I am lucky enough to be in the position that I can donate to food banks. I'm here to say: do not feel ashamed! Everyone needs help sometimes, and that's WHY I donate! Everyone deserves to eat. Maybe down the road our positions will be reversed.

There’s a food pantry in Wisconsin called Ruby’s pantry that gives an enormous amount of food for $20 a share and u can buy as many shares as u like. Please please check it out 😊
Those look pretty close to the usda farmers to families boxes we have gotten here in Texas, except ours don't have the food stuffs just the fruit, veggies, dairy, and some kind of meet. The husband and I have just discovered the food boxes and they have been such a huge blessing.

Cheese blocks remind me of the old government cheese! Single parent at that time so I got it. Lady offered me $5. $3. for butter. I used everything I got and was happy to volunteer in ABCDE line to hand it out! So happy to see so many people I never saw because I was working!

Excuse me, but "best if used by" dates are NOT expiration dates. They are manufacturers marks that allow them to make and sell as much of their products as possible, as quickly as possible and make as much money as possible. That's their only real purpose. Great food haul.

You have the makings of my favorite chowder Add 3 or 4 chopped potatoes to Dutch oven with 1/2 pkg of diced smoked sausage. Add seasoning that you family likes, being careful of salt. To water Add milk or a container of canned milk,1 or 2 cans cream style corn, about a # of Velveeta or cheese of you choice. Delicious.
Thats a wonderful food basket you are blessed . We dont get anything like that in lousiana we dont get meats or breads cakes we do get some produce I'm thankful for what I get canned goods come in handy God bless
We divide up the sour cream.... freeze it and add it to dip and such. Ohhh you could make an awesome loaded baked potato with the cheese and the sour cream and such. We also add stuff like cinnamon and raisins and a smidge of honey or sugar to the cottage cheese.. super yummy! You are VERY blessed!
You got good stuff!!! The ones where i am from only gives out veggies and fruits sometimes meats and rice and beans and other stuff but i cant complain cause it helps out. And my kids arent picky they eat anything

I have never seen such a huge amount of food. You are truly blessed. The little cheeses packets are great. I was thinking of on your little ravioli containers, plus taco's. I often get the box of cheese, like Velveta, and it make the best grilled cheese sandwiches you ever had! ha I look forward to your next video.

How do people get those USDA boxes of food, I’m a senior in Juneau Alaska and, having a hard time. I only get $ 49.00 a month on snap.we hardly get anything from the food bank.
Everybody needs help at one point or another & if they haven’t just keep on living and they will see too; Hopefully not but it could. I’ve had to use the food pantry this year and it has been a Blessing cause I’m use to giving so now it’s time to reap some also.
