Omg I have eczema as well just small ones but watching this guy makes me more calm and not stress
@@MaritzaArroyo-hg3nt I can happily say that my eczema has now decreased by 80%. This is due to me leaving my job (I worked in a freezer department for 10 years) and drastically changing my diet and stress handling lifestyle.
@@SaleemFrazer oooh I get flareups when I’m stressed out or when I’m sweating a lot on my legs but god bless Mine comes and goes I use coco butter stick to soften my skin and to get my color back
@@MaritzaArroyo-hg3nt coco butter. You know what? I never actually tried that before. What I was using for Eucerin eczema relief cream which helped on the more milk flare ups. Anything "extreme", I'd go for the prescription stuff but thankfully I don't have to rely on that stuff as much anymore.
Yeah I'd say mines is also a "come and go" situation but one that's very very manageable now compared to before.
