This MV is literally my aesthetic. I've been with SHINee since they debuted, completely and utterly in love with all of EXO's 12, but BTS is home. I can't explain it. They're so different from all the generic idols because they write music that reflects who they are that we can relate to, rather than their production team writing perfect scripts for them to follow so that they "sell well". I feel so sad as an EXO-L and Shawol because it took those boys forever to stand on their own two feet and put out their own music (Chanyeol's dream right now is to compose a track on an EXO album...like seriously SM he's one of the most famous idols out there, give him a break). I have so must respect for BTS and their team. Their music feels real, and what makes them even more loveable (other than their dorky personalities) is the fact that the music I listen to by them is BY THEM. That's why I feel so connected to them; they're real musicians. True artists. Lots of love from a fan in Australia💕

the people who made BU storyline are geniuses no doubt about it. And this whole MV is one of my favourite Mvs EVER. Everything from the outfits to the hairstyle to the action scenes to the location to the props to the colors to the photography and the acting, every single thing has been so carefully detailed, crafted and well coordinated and I just adore it every time I watch it. The storyline and lyrics are so meaningful because they talk about issues that people can relate to. I love BU storyline for many reasons but one of the main ones is because it managed to capture the "youth" of bangtan as well in photos and videos (obv they are not the rebelling kind of youth and that's just romanticism but at the least they could live vicariously though these BU characters in that way. And it brought them closer and they really became friends. I like how realistic it became

A lot of my friends are into kpop, I am too but I wasn't as active as I use to be. they always talked about BTS, so i decided to check them out. at first I thought they were just like every other boy group, so I didn't care much about them. About 6-7 months later when dope came out, I watched their music video and their choreography drew me in. they impressed me but I didn't become a fan yet. I then heard their demo "butterfly" and it was very nice so I decided to check out their music and it was very different from other groups. I really like their lyrics and their awesome choreographies. and I then became a fan! je ne regrette rien! ❤

imagine just wanting to make a fun mv with a couple of youth running around and then it takes a life of it's own - a storyline gets created fuelled by fan theories and conspiracies, suddenly everyone is into it, then u release a book explaining everything, then more mvs, then a whole webtoon, even a game, then more video context and details and now a fully funded high production value drama as well wow. Sometimes I wonder if they originally created a BU when they released this or did they release it after armys started making theories like a mktg strategy ? which came first I wonder lol Either way it was a tremendous and meaningful success because important stories where told through this BU which helped heal people ! so I am grateful for it :) And 10 years later the BU still going strong 🤗

after watching this mv for countless times I felt like BTS is too hard to reach already. They're growing so fast and becoming more popular each day. And I'm here loving them from afar, afraid that I might not be able to see them even just once in my life. :'(

A lot of my friends are into kpop, I am too but I wasn't as active as I use to be. they always talked about BTS, so i decided to check them out. at first I thought they were just like every other boy group, so I didn't care much about them. About 6-7 months later when dope came out, I watched their music video and their choreography drew me in. they impressed me but I didn't become a fan yet. I then heard their demo "butterfly" and it was very nice so I decided to check out their music and it was very different from other groups. I really like their lyrics and their awesome choreographies. and I then became a fan! je ne regrette rien! ❤

imagine just wanting to make a fun mv with a couple of youth running around and then it takes a life of it's own - a storyline gets created fuelled by fan theories and conspiracies, suddenly everyone is into it, then u release a book explaining everything, then more mvs, then a whole webtoon, even a game, then more video context and details and now a fully funded high production value drama as well wow. Sometimes I wonder if they originally created a BU when they released this or did they release it after armys started making theories like a mktg strategy ? which came first I wonder lol
Either way it was a tremendous and meaningful success because important stories where told through this BU which helped heal people ! so I am grateful for it :) And 10 years later the BU still going strong 🤗

I wish I would have lived in WINGS ERA ..... I wish I would have known them from their debut ....... I wish I would have supported them from beginning.... I wish I have sended warm comments to them , when they were getting hatred comments. .....
But youre here now... you get to see the finished product and look back on all their accomplishments and hardships. You get to see the light at the end of the road when they thought they weren’t going to achieve anything... you get to see how BTS came back up after almost falling. I think it’s amazing to live in the present, because you get way more content and laughs than the ARMY back then.
