Went to Xiaomi Authorized service center.
They said it's either a Motherboard issue or Software. If it's software, they asked me to wait indefinitely (Lol). For hardware, the motherboard would require replacement.
I didn't get a solution. So I purchased a mini aux speaker. It gets the job done.
For fixing, you would have to get the IC replaced by an experienced technician. I probably wouldn't do that, as fixed ICs don't last long. So I would rather keep this phone as a backup for other usages. But you can get it fixed for around 1000 BDT or 10$ equivalent.

I have checked my local phone group. Poco X3s are dying. It seems Xiaomi engineered this model to die after a certain lifetime. If you have a Poco X3, expect it to face hardware issues in the coming months. Kinda sucks, but that's how many businesses over-engineer their products to not last long.

The phone auto fixed itself after a week. Then the sound stopped working again the next day.

@@anilgurjar225 I fixed it just do a CPU reball. Take it to any good mobile servicing shop and ask for cpu reball. For me it costed around 2000. It fixed all my issues. Now the cameras and speakers and everything works like new.

Guys I found a fix I took my phone to a service centre and did a CPU REBALL. all the issues are now fixed. All the cameras are working speaker is working like new. You guys should try it.
