    What is a Baker cyst?
A Baker cyst is a fluid-filled sac that forms behind the knee. It’s also known as a popliteal cyst or popliteal synovial cyst.
The knee is a complex joint that has many parts. The lower end of the thighbone (femur) rotates on the upper end of the shinbone (tibia). The knee joint is filled with a special fluid (synovial fluid) that cushions the joint.
A Baker cyst forms when an injury or disease causes extra synovial fluid to leak into the extra space behind the knee.
Baker cysts are common in both adults and children. But they’re more common as a person gets older.
In this video, Dr. Gonzalez talks about Baker cyst and how to remove it in the office.

Every single doctor I have been to has confirmed my Baker's cyst, but they all tell me it cannot be removed. You didn't remove it either, just drained it, leaving the cyst sac inside to fill up with fluid again. However, these are really painful, so I'm sure having all that fluid removed will temporarily relieve the pain and pressure behind his knee.

I have had a problem for more than a year. I was concerned with many doctors. They confirmed it was a baker's cyst. I had an MRI, but after the operation, it happened again. and covering more areas near the knee. So it's a problem that I can't operate many times. Is there any other way to get rid of this problem?

A Baker's cyst will recur if the underlying cause is not treated. I have it too, I've been to several doctors, I hope they can cure it. How are you these days?
