  • When comes to drinking alcoholic beverages, health usually doesn’t come to mind. It’s more about enjoying life and letting loose. While that's all fair and fun, have you ever wondered what the healthiest alcoholic beverage is?
Many would point to a glass of red wine, as many studies have suggested that a glass of it before bed can actually benefit your health, but there is also scientific research that indicates a glass of whiskey is worth exploring.
Whiskey on the rocks and by a fire has never hurt anyone, and if it can boost your health, that sounds like a win-win. Here is the real reason whiskey is healthier than any other drink.

Mashed shackleton blended scotch whisky on the rocks or cold stones. For red wine bordeaux blend, montepulciano d’abruzzo, cabernet sauvignon, or pinot noir 6-9 oz in a stemless glass.
Shackleton because for a blend its smooth with a little pete note as it goes down the throat. And the red wines for the antioxidants and fruit undertones throughout each.
