Well, He isn't EVIL, he still fights for the good of the people it's just unlike batman, he agrees with killing villains. He's an anti-hero like deadpool. He kills, but only bad people. So it isn't crazy that you'd date him, as long as you ain't a bad guy XD He's a hero but a hero who deals with villains the wrong way.

The only time Jason Todd hasn't died is in the Arkhamverse, where he was believed dead but was tortured for over a yeat. So, yes in the Arkhamverse, he did not die. Every other canon, he died.
Red Hood was the first to challenge Batman out of all his students and make something of his own later on.......Respect
