When I demo the lip liners I am wearing:
Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint T3 (about 4 drops) + T5 (about 1 drop) but mostly wiped off (too lazy to go fully remove it), then No1 de Chanel Foundation in B10, and because of the LE tint oxidising pink on my skin and the No1 Chanel also running slightly on the pink side of neutral, I added some Chanel Water Fresh Complexion Touch (Chanel Touche de Teint) in B10, which runs slightly on the yellow side of neutral to neutralise.

Thank You for Your review. The first days after the launch I did find just very positive ones on perfect skin. I need more coverage and I saw one photo, where it looked too dry for my mature, normal to dry, dehydrated skin. I didn't buy it and now I'm sure, it was a right decision. I love Lisa and her products, but I need honest reviews. This one will be very good for people with oilier skin, they will be happy.

Really appreciate the reviews of both the skin tint and the lip liners. I was surprised by how much the skin tint got darker! Good call mixing t3 and t5 otherwise t3 on its own would probably oxidise too pink on you. Shame the formula didn’t work. And you sold me on the lip liners 😂 i’m going to check these out and see which colours i might like!

For my combo skin is very glowy with skin care
Works great with minimum skincare and its my fav skin tint ever. I use shade 5 and doesn’t oxidise on me at all, just neutralises all redness. Perfection.

What a great review...lightening is perfect for the review and shades, the best I have seen out there and believe me I have been straining my eyes for over an hour-Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I too have dehydrated skin so anything that some sort of mattifying property looks bad on me-

T3 is neutral roses, T5 is olive. Red and green nake brown. The mixture is definitely a perfect match. I saw a video with t2,t3,& t4 and I think T2 would have matched you well. I always prefer 2 shades to mix because I'm olive and my shade doesn't exist but I'm hoping to get T5 when I have the funds to buy it. I personally love both shades on you & I don't use powder either lol. 😊

for your feedback. So I paint & I find if I mix certain red and green pigments together it tends to make more of a purplish grey/black shade. T2 is yellow based so would have been too yellow for me as I’ve hardly any yellow in my skin tone - it clashes more with my skin than olive does. I hope T5 will work for you when you are able to get it ♥️- I did find it tended to become more yellowish over time as it oxidised. But I can definitely relate to the pains of needing to buy two to mix😆
@theartbeaute ahh yes color theory is one thing but you made a good point about chemistry of the body. I definitely think there is something happening with that. The hand swatches were genius. I haven't seen anyone notice as much. Your video has been most helpful & you did a great job demonstrating the colors on camera 🙂

Excellent and very though review. I have dehydrated skin so I appreciate you mentioning that. Matte finishes don’t work for me either. What are your favorite skincare and makeup products?
hi, thanks so much for checking it out & for your kind words 🥹. In terms of foundations/complexion makeup - Chanel seems to work well. I never really stick with the same skincare as I like to try new things, but I tend to do a "moisture sandwich", making sure I use a couple watery serums/essences, then moisturiser, then seal it in with an oil. Squalane & glycerin work well for my skin. The description box has links to my favourite skincare & makeup ☺ - hope that helps! xx

I like the Chanel Liquid blush you’re wearing. Do you find that cream or liquid blush is better than powder for dehydrated skin? Thanks so much
Yes definitely cream is better for us. I tend not to use liquid stain ones (like Benetint) but only because I find them messy so I can't really comment. But the Chanel Water Fresh Blush I've got on has the same hydrating technology as the original Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint & the Chanel Hydra Beauty lines, which are really nice for dehydrated skin. I haven't used powder blush in probably 10+ years now 😅 Hope that helps! xx
