Uuuuh that hurt... Thankfully it looks like a replaceable standard figma joint and the color also seems to be more common. You find very cheap figma joints in various colors on ebay. Good thing to have a bag of those as a figma collector. Maybe you already do.

I got a replacement arm from Goodsmile, but it was the wrong side. So i just replaced the elbow joint. Heated up the broken arm in order to remove the peg that was stuck in there. Figure is back to it's original beauty. Thanks for asking.
4:46 this is why you don’t play or pose ruff with your figmas, they are mainly for display and I had my panther since she was released and haven’t broken any parts yet, I’m super careful with her because she was my favorite character in the game. Word to the wise don’t stress the limits of figmas.
@the real Payne Hopefully you read this comment, but if you contact the GSC customer service you actually might be able to get a replacement arm for free! I contacted them when i received Tracer last year and her chrono chest piece was crooked as hell. They asked for the problem, pictures, and with fast email responses, they gave me an entirely new chest piece In the mail, free of charge!

Jake brake Well dude, I paid 62.22 for this. I recommend using Registered SAL. I have ordered from these people for more than a year and nothing has happened to me such as broken parts and even if something bad happened it was because I had to pick it up from the post office. I just got my Ann in the mail a week ago and she’s perfectly fine. The main issue is that SAL takes a month or so to arrive depending on where you live, but other than that, it’s perfectly safe.

Either way, I purchased P5 around Thanksgiving and being my first Persona game, I've been enjoying myself. I'm about half way, and I can definitely see where the praise comes from. Ann may be my favorite character as well.
It's great they're making cool posable Persona 5 figures besides Joker, but why are there no figures for each of their personas? Ann would be awesome with Carmen/Hecate.

Got mine the other day. Fabulous figure, but MAN does the whip suck. The solid u-bend at the base was a terrible decision imo, and the whip-holding hand being loose, coupled with the whip itself being held loosely, make it so infuriating to pose well. Really don't know what they were thinking, because the figure is almost perfect otherwise.
I cannot believe I seen this when the figure is new the right elbow just broke off already it was stiff well actually next time when the elbow is stiff just pour some hot water for 2 minutes and then that's it just test now just take it slowly to swivel the right elbow

Fun story, I contacted Goodsmile about this, send them pics and everything. So they actually send me a new arm. HOWEVER, it was the wrong arm... So I just replaced the broken joint with the one that came with the new arm. Lots of heating up the broken arm to get the joint out but it actually worked so it all ends well.

The reason it broke was cause you tried to bend the elbow to the opposite side, you can see u did that real fast it snapped , user error forsure
