After a little digging on Amazon, I found that you can indeed buy silly string refills. You just need to look up "Nerf Zombie Strike Zombie Repellent Fluid". It's one can for around seven bucks, as far as I can tell.

I'm assuming the depressor is specially designed, but depressors on aerosol cans are typically interchangeable with the actual nozzle being universal, so as long as you keep the depressor from this silly string bottle you should be able to swap it out with any other brand. (Are there "brands" of silly string?)
