Don't forget to wash or change your pillowcases at least once or twice a week, depending on how much product you use in your hair. The oil from your hair transfers to your bonnet and pillowcase then seeps into your pores causing acne blemishes.

Before I head to a Dermatologist I would see a Naturopath or a Herbalist or a Nutritionist. A lot of skin conditions are the fruit of what's going on inside of you. Root causes are usually hormonal, diet, environmental and especially unhealthy gut. I'm sorry but I don't think Dermatology is a needed profession. They only treat symptoms and that's how they make their money.
