Or.. a weaker player (shield or smokescreen like Q) .. who u dont vote out.. n you carry to the end.. coz u know u can beat them. They were perceived as weak players overall.

I do agree that a goat can change their position through gameplay, but that's why players like Venus get isolated and left out of votes but still kept in the game. Once players recognize that someone is perceived as a goat, they'll want to make sure they stay a goat.

Nah Brice, when I talk about a goat I'm just talking about someone who can't win. It has nothing to do with attitude. Russell Hantz in HvV was a goat because there was no combination of players at the merge (or final 5) who he could beat in the end.
That person is often someone who has no agency who gets brought, but that's just because those people usually aren't respected because of it. It's entirely possible to be brought to the end and still have respect, or to have a lot of power but still no respect.

I’m sure no one is going to read this, but I have to get this off my chest.
I am SO CONFUSED by Liz’s allergies. I know she is allergic to coconut. That’s obvious. But after this episode, it seems like they were implying she is gluten free after Jeff said they had gluten free pizza for her.
Here’s what I do not understand. Speaking as a person who does actually have a gluten free diet, I know what you can and can’t eat. The picture of the Applebee’s burger with her daughter, looks like a regular non-gluten free bun. I’m willing to bet on it because I know for a fact Applebee’s does not sell gluten free buns. I’ve try to eat there and they didn’t have any. And this is what really gets me. Liz said “I can eat licorice” NO YOU CAN’T! Licorice has gluten in it! I would know! I’m gluten feee!

Ok Jack I 1000% agree with you about Maria. I think the jurors at FTC would be brutal toward her. And 1000% agree about Charlie boy! I keep telling people that no matter what if it’s a Charlie at FTC with anyone Charlie takes it! He WILL tell his story the best. He made the most connections and he has an excellent read on the game. Tevin truly messed up by not steering the vote toward Charlie. He’s probably the most liked of everyone still there. He’s made moves and made connections. In my opinion this is Charlie’s game to lose. I also am not out on a Q win. He could easily sell his post merge game as strategy to keep himself safe. Thus would require Q to be extremely humble and I don’t think he can do that 😭 he will tell it like it is!
I think Q could win against Liz and Ben. So on the goat topic someone can be a goat for someone else but not for all. Qs game is so crazy and different. I think he’s a goat for most everyone else in the game (even those before they went to jury except maybe Venus) but he’s not for a goat for Liz or Ben.
Randen only had a beware advantage, he didn’t have an idol.
I love that jack was like someone can come in & pull a Chris Underwood coming back w/ minimal days played & win the game lol
Maria picking Q was just terrible strategy. I think it is over for her after that.

Id vote for Charlie for president, is how well I think he is playing. just sayin lol. I could see Q winning, but sadly most of the jury hasn't seen that good game play from him early game. The jury is VERY mad lol I can't even think about how they will vote.

Jack is wrong about the Ben vs Q and Liz thing...
1. Ben has an extremely poor edit for a male (potential) winner. We have not see a man have this kind of edit is win.
2. There is a way Q could sell to the jury about how he adapted throughout the game to get to the end of the game.
3. We have seen Venus and Kinsey mention during the episode that if Q makes it to the end, he could win.
4. In a hypothetical Q, Liz and Ben final 3. Q would likely get Tevin, Hunter, Soda, and Maria vote. Ben probably would get Kinsey vote. Not sure Liz will get votes. Then there would be Charlie, Tiff, and Venus left. Good chance Q could sneak home a win in that trio.
Point really being that we cannot really say who would actually vote for Ben. The 'everybody hates Q' thing is probably not true given how both Maria and Charlie stated that they do not have a problem with Q and Tevin, Hunter, and Soda did not have problems with him. Two of the most vocal members of the 'I hate Q' are Ben and Liz, who would be sitting next to him.
I didn’t really want to look at it from an editing standpoint but in that sense you’re right, Q probably beats that duo

I think this was one of my fave episodes! Great analysis, I agree with Jack on Venus having very low social capital to ever be able to win at the end. I think after the entire jury disagreeing with her on so many things through the season would make it hard for them to understand her moves at the end.
Also I diedddd when Brice got silly and brought up the Jeff’s cushion
Can we talk about how Q is a ok goat to have by Siga but not venus. It does not sit right with me.
I don't really think Q is a GOAT because he actually had driven decisions in the game., but I do understand Jack's point. Venus and Q have accumulated so much hate by other casemates, that I truly believe anything that they've credibly done will be ignored by most if not all the jury.
