Decided I had to check this out...Wowza...you weren't kidding about it being a MONSTER Haul! Not sure I could EVER get all those puzzles assembled. Don't think I saw one I didn't like..."Coffee Cat" made me laugh. I will say you have very eclectic taste in artwork and find some fabulous puzzles.

After seeing the Bgraamiens puzzles you got I headed to Amazon and ordered the Coffee Cat puzzle. I just finished it and I must say that was soooo fun. Loved the quality and I don’t think there were two pieces the same shape. Only fault I can find is the shine but I’m ok with that. Already went back and ordered 2 more. Thanks Shannon!

As SOON as you opened the Pomegranate box, I blurted out, "You got a Charley Harper!" I LOVE his work, too! And Pomegranate! What kind of pieces does the circular puzzle have that is different from the rest?? I was surprised you didn't get a gift with the purchase of 5 puzzles, as I got one with the purchase of 3...
Hi Betty! Regarding the different puzzle pieces, if you go to Pomegranate's website and zoom in on the picture of the Hawk Mountain puzzle, you will see what I am talking about. I'm not sure how to describe these puzzle pieces, other than to say that they are not like your typical random-cut puzzle pieces, and they are DEFINITELY not grid cut. I'm a HUGE fan of Charley Harper's work and would love to own ALL of his puzzles. Thanks so much for watching and commenting! :0)

I have four Janet Hill puzzles but not that one. The memorial day sake at New York puzzle company got me. Sadly, "indoor tennis" by Janet Hill sold out before I decided to make the purchase.

Shannon!! Why do you do this to me 🤣. When you first started your channel, I was afraid to watch…was trying to get away from them. But you’re one of my favorites now. Have so many I haven’t done, and I’ve gotten into Diamond painting so puzzles done few and far between now. But always seem to get a few more. Those Springbok is Steve Skelton!! Getting Away was one of my favorite puzzles ever!!! He has a few, also works with Schmidt I recently found out (and ordered one 🤣). Also with your favorite artists did not see Linda Jane Smith. If you like cartoons…and cats (also dogs). UK based though so a little pricey. Galison and have a couple Ravensburger but haven’t done those yet. You gotta look her up. Thanks for the video…only order one this time 🤣.

So, is the Getting Away puzzle a re-release of an old Springbok puzzle? I found out today that he also works with Schmidt, so I am going to look him up on their line.
As far as Linda Jane Smith goes, I'm going to be completely honest and say that I am not a huge fan of her style of artwork. I honestly don't know why that is. I've got to admit that it's almost a relief to not find yet another puzzle artist that I love! My wallet cannot afford to love ONE MORE PUZZLE ARTIST!

Hey! My mom did puzzles when I was little. I’d say we’re in the same age bracket. But never knew what was out there. Won’t get into the story, but started on my own in June 2019, and we all know what happen after that. So CZcams sorta did me in, but they all started to dwindle and then you 🤣. We’ve got very similar taste in puzzles. Love color and the cartoons with tiny details. But I live in a small place with bad lighting and only did them on weekends. And now with the diamond art..(Dean McAdam has one of Alice). Had to look it up but I did Getting Away in June of 2020. Loved it!! So many little details you don’t even see on the box. I’ve got the dog park. And last weekend I actually did a space one. Schmidt came last week, that’s Crazy World. Don’t see much of his work in puzzles though. I did recently find some but does not have a brand? They all look music themed, right up my alley!! It’s tooniverse I think? No reviews so I don’t know what the quality is like. Well sorry for rambling!! The one I ordered tonight was the Big Potato video one…. I’ve got the music and movies. The 80’s Happily puzzle is in the mail. The Cross and Glory Princess one has been in my Amazon cart for a week. And I need the Cloudberries Easter one but that’s not on Amazon. And I had a few others too. Anyway, sorry again! I am a HUGE fan of Dean MacAdam and had NO IDEA he had ANY diamond paintings!! I found the Alice one in the Diamond Art Club store, and I *WILL* be getting it!
If you need better lighting, I used 2 of these lights I got on Amazon: amzn.to/4aPPGC4. I know they aren't cheap, but they really help when you are puzzling at night.

I chatted with Dean MacAdam, and he told me he had approached the Diamond Art Painting company, and they only wanted the Alice artwork and NONE of his other works! What is WRONG WITH THEM??!! This is a real tragedy and one that must be rectified POST HASTE!

3:45 - Yesterday, I was eyeing the Blue Lobster _Motor Machines_ on Amazon. I placed it in my cart, and it sat in my Amazon cart at $9.98 until about noon. It is, now, priced at $11.98. Hmmmm - coincidence? Because you have to know you are an "enabler" -- just kidding. We are ALL totally responsible for ourselves. I went ahead and hit the purchase button for the Blue Lobster _American Road Trip_ before the price went up $2 on that one, too.

Hi there! I think you will really appreciate the Tri-M site. There are huge discounts to be had there.
Bgraamiens puzzles DO have letters on the back to help people during assembly, but I never even look at them, so they don't bother me in the slightest. They are also really reasonably priced and great quality.
I wish Springbok did slightly more contemporary images - they just seem stuck in the past with the old-fashioned artwork.
It is going to be awhile for the next puzzle haul video, as I went hog-wild on this one!

Wow, incredible puzzle haul Shannon. I love Springbok puzzles. The new ones are decent quality, I would not say they are terrible quality. They hold up well. My opinion. Looking forward to hear from your experience with the new ones. I prefer the vintage ones, I bought about 24 vintage Springboks at my local thrift store. About half of them are 1000 piece puzzles and the other half are 500 piece puzzles. They are all complete. I even found the famous "Flat Banana" yellow puzzle from the 60s Complete. It is super expensive on Ebay, and I only got it for $3, AMAZING price. I super snatched it off the shelf. Another reason why I love Springbok is, they are made in my town of Kansas City.
Hi Laura! It is so, so cool that you live in the same town as Springbok puzzles!!! Do they sell Springbok t-shirts as souvenirs in your area? I would buy one in a minute if I saw one!
I put the "Flat Banana" puzzle together as a child and it was TORTURE! Except for the Dole sticker part - that part was easy! The vintage Springbok puzzles on eBay are way too high-priced. I expect to pay a "little" more since they are out of print, but not TONS more, which is what most of them are priced at. And what really gets me is that the boxes are usually in really bad shape and they still expect top dollar! Nope, I'm not paying that.
Have you put all the Springbok's you purchased at the thrift store together and they are all complete? If so, you LUCKED OUT!

I have not seen a Springbok puzzles shirt for sale yet. I will let you know if I do. All the thrifted puzzles I found are complete. Thry were sold for $1.99 each at my local Goodwill. Pretty amazing, right? I think they were all from the same person who donated them.

I came one day, the day we had the solar eclipse, no joke. And got them all. I bought about 10 and I have found the rest of my collection during the last 6 months.

I normally do 1000 piece puzzles. I recently purchased two 500 piece Springboks because i really liked the images. I never owned one before. I really liked the random cut, but the quality was horrible. There were at least two dozen sets of incompletely cut pieces in each puzzle. They were also terribly thin. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing any more. I look forward to your review of your recent Springbok puzzles compared to your childhood.
