Noor Vermilya it may be related to a tuning or strumming issue?
Most likely related to strumming. When i don't strum correctly it sounds horrible
i’d also suggest you’d get ur ukulele in tune and if the problem still persists you could be watching a video on how to strum correctly
make sure you're holding it correctly and your sleeve isn't touching the strings, maybe it's out of tune? hope this helps :)
so basically it might be:
•an issue with the tunning (there are apps for that)
•you're not strumming correctly
•you're holding it incorrectly
•you're not playing the chords correctly, you might wanna check if your fingers are in the correct position or if you're not "squeezing" the strings enough

Do you have any tips on playing bbm? No matter what I do I can’t reach my ring finger that far when my pointer finger is flat.
@@moonluvrrr3091 um, i might have a trick that could help. the way i play it is that when i barre the 1st fret on the C, E, and A string, i use my pointer finger AND my middle finger, so it kinda helps the pointer finger to barre the fret. and for the 3rd fret on G string i kinda "bend more" of my ring finger towards the string, so it's easier to reach? sorry if it doesn't work, it is kind of difficult to explain rather than to execute.

For those who cant do the Bbm in this song:
Just try to use your pointer finger cover the 3 dot on the top and use your middle finger to press your pointer down to get the dots.
Then use your ring finger to press down on the last dot :)

For those struggling with Bbm, I just hold down those last three strings as usual and only strum those last three strings, same sound less mental breakdown.

Idk the ukelele chords but on guitar wish you were sober the strumming pattern is d u d but before the last d (down strum) you palm mute so it’s down up mute down ... and the chords are D, Am, Em, G and that’s for the first verse ( this party’s shit, wish we could dip, go anywhere but here don’t take a hit don’t kiss my lips, and please don’t drink more beer, I’ma crawl to the window now cause I don’t like anyone around, kinda hope your following me out, but this is definitely not my crowd) and then for the chorus it’s the same chords but the strumming pattern changes to D D U U D and there’s no mute that part would be ( nineteen but you act 25 now knees weak but you talk pretty proud wow ripped jeans in a cup that u just downed take me where the music ain’t too loud, trade drinks but you don’t even know her save me til the party is over kiss me in the seat of your rover) and for the lyrics “real sweet but I wish you were sober” it’s G chord and just 1 down strum. And then for (wish you were so wish you were so wish you were sober) it’s just like the 1st verses pattern and mute and then the second verse is also the same and then do the chorus again in the different way and then the (wish you were so wish you were so wish you were sober) in the same way again (same as 1st verse) and then the “I wish I wish I wish I wish I wish , I wish you were sober” it’s just like the first verse again and then do that again ofc and then the chorus again and then finish with a down strum on the G chord ! 😊😊

i’m very new to ukulele, so i might not be the best person to answer this, but i don’t think it’s too bad. like i said i’m new, personally i think the worst part is just remembering which chord is which, and how to get your fingers there. this one doesn’t really have any too crazy complicated chords (at least not for me), so you’re probably good. it seems pretty simple as far as i know. i hope you have fun with your ukulele!!! :)

i would recommend to start of with single down-strums till you get used to changing form chord to chord, once you can do that with no hesitation you can incorporate the strumming pattern. A website to get your music sheets from that i always use is ukutabs.com/ .Hope that helps :)
I’ve been taking my ukulele a bit more seriously these past few months, and to be honest, no, this song isn’t very hard for me to do personally. The bbm chord wasn’t a personal struggle for me, but it seemed to be for a lot of other people, so that’s probably the only difficult thing.

Here's a tip that works with the bbm chord. Try pushing your thumb against the neck of the ukelele
By the first test and lay ur pointer finger on C, E, and A strings up top, Then take ur ring finger and place it on the G string 3rd fret. Hope this helps in bad at explaining things lol

but then i changed schools after that yr n for over a yr i hadnt touched a string instrument but i was eager to learn something new so i bought a ukulele that just arrived today n i hv been obsessed

A quick tip,
Apply the fingers that's not the fingers you're using for the barre first (if that makes sense. I'm sorry. I'm not that good at explaining)
