This song, they wrote it about Vinnie Vincent. Mark Slaughter and Dana strum, were in the Vinnie Vincent Invasion. The record company finally had enough of Vinnie and gave the remaining contract and funds to Mark and Dana to do whatever they wanted. Hense why we have Slaughter.
Side note, Dana Strum is the bassist. He was the one who introduced Ozzy Osbourne to Randy Rhodes....
