one of the most expensive City to live is Tagaytay.
What a beautiful location! Definitely will visit the next time I'm in the Phils. Is it just me or does Theophany have a slight Filipino accent? Hehe - also those winding roads reminded me of a nauseating bus ride I had from Abra to Baguio :p
