Majboos Dajjal is one of the international and Arabic dishes that has many recipes. In this article, we will teach you one of its easy cooking methods.
Arabic majbus, known as Dajal majbus, is one of the delicious Arabic dishes, which is actually the same as our Iranian chicken pilaf, and only the flavoring ingredients are different. For this reason, Majbous spice is one of the important ingredients of the recipe.
Majbus Dajjal, which is also known by other names such as Machbus and Makbus Dajjal, is one of the most delicious and delicious foods in Arabic culture. This delicious dish, which is also known as an international dish, has more than fifty different recipes, and in this section, we have given one example of how to prepare it. In the first step of how to prepare Arabic rice known as Majboos Dajjal, first peel the onion and chop it finely.
Put suitable pots on the heat and pour some oil into it until it gets hot.
Then put chopped onions in oil and fry until they become soft and transparent.
Add the chicken to the onion and sprinkle some Majbous Dajjal spice on it, which includes coriander seeds, cumin powder, turmeric and some black pepper and fry well.
When the color of the chicken pieces changes, add some boiling water to it so that we use the same amount of water to cook the rice; so that a knuckle on the pot remains empty.
Now put the lid on the pot and let the chicken cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour on low heat. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and grate them with a fine grater until they become puree. When the chickens are cooked, take them out of the pot and pass the water through a strainer and pour it into the pot where you are going to cook the rice.
Add the grated tomato to the chicken broth and put the pot on a low heat until it boils.
At this stage, pour the rest of the Arabic pilaf spices mentioned in the necessary ingredients, including coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, cardamom, red pepper and cloves into the pot of chicken broth.
Wash the rice and discard the water and add the rice to the rest of the ingredients in the pot and let the rice cook for about 7 minutes.
Then test a grain of rice between your fingers and if the rice around the rice is soft and the core is a little hard, drain the rice.
Pour some oil on the bottom of the desired pot and pour a little rice into the pot with a spatula. Then put some pieces of chicken on the rice and pour the rice on it again.
Continue these layers until all ingredients are used up, the last layer should be rice. Put the lid on the pot and reduce the heat so that the steam wraps inside the pot.
Then lower the heat until the food is completely cooked.
For this dish, you can also use real chicken. Put the chicken in the oven tray and use a brush to saffron the inside and outside of the chicken and put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius until the chicken cooks for about 40 minutes.
Soak the raisins a little in water and then put them in a colander and when the water is removed, fry them in some oil on low heat for 1 minute.
Then take the raisins out of the oil and fry the barberry in the pan for 30 seconds.
According to Namnak website, to serve this type of rice and Arabic chicken, put the food in a dish and arrange the chicken pieces on them and decorate with raisins, barberry and hot onion. remember you can add baked lentils to fried onion if you want.
