    Jim Ratcliffe is Chairman of the Ineos Group, which he founded in 1998 and has an estimated turnover of $44bn, putting it among the world's top ten chemical companies. According to the FT, if the company was listed, it would rank as Britain's fourth biggest manufacturing business in terms of sales. He won the Alumni Achievement Award.
