At Walt Disney World's Villains Unleashed event, Oogie Boogie hosted a freak show of extreme performances that included a sword swallower, daring archers, and fire dancers / artists plus dancers and more.

I LOVED it! Wow, that might be one of the best shows live entertainment at WDW has put on in a LONG time. Dark, creative, not gimmicky at all, and surprisingly pretty edgy too. I also loved how they let the performers really express themselves and do their own thing rather than make them follow strict choreography.
Sadly, I imagine that one or two parent complaints will give TDO a good excuse to shut it down...

I think parents complaining about this would be brainless... Kids watch shows like this on TV nowadays... Even I did growing up. If parents would just do their jobs and teach their kids that this has to be done by a trained professional and should not be repeated by them at home, this would be fine. But no, people are stupid and would rather not be parents to their kids sometimes...

It's so big, it's more than likely airconditioned. I used to work as a suit character, and depending get on how much room was actually available (Especially Disney preformers) it wasn't uncommon to have a small fan going.
Plus he wasn't onstage all the time. The segments in between were 'cool down' periods where he could rest. ^^
But, yes, it DOES get hot in the suits during the day, or in meet and greets.

Because honestly...
Who even goes to Disneyland anymore? It doesn't have EPCOT, most of the rides, Wishes, Cinderella Castle, most of the parades at WDW, it doesn't have Finding Nemo the Musical... Oh and, do they even have an original area? Most of the areas in Disneyland are reused from WDW. For example, Flik meet n greet, the idea of a bugs life ride, the Tinker Bell area, Toontown, etc.
