This is the best barre workout!!! It's challenging: I'm so exhausted, executing this with perfect form, that I keep coming back to it, working hard for the day when I've got this flow mastered. I like the loud music and how she times her moves to the 4 x 4 beat of the club music. None of that BS 10-count stuff that doesn't match up with the measures. This is more fun the harder you work at it - and I can see the definition emerging in my arms, shoulders, abs, butt and thighs. Feeling strong! You will notice your posture improving after only a couple sessions! Just click play and commit to it!!!
Most barre classes follow the same format - core, arms, thighs, glutes, abs but our in studio classes vary up a lot more since we have bounce and cardio and Pilates classes too :)

I loved this workout, but probably wouldn’t do it again due to poor sound and visual instruction. It would be great if we could see you better: black tights on black mat is difficult to see, and maybe one of you could work out in a side view while the other is in a forward view. Audio was difficult to understand. Not sure if the music was too loud or leader was not speaking clearly enough.
I am a 60 year old beginner and Can Not Do the push up routine! I feel like an idiot! Plus it seems everyone that does Barre is already in good shape! I am going to keep struggling 😢
I’ve been doing barre for 3 months and I can’t do some of these moves. This is advanced. Search for beginner and intermediate workouts and get comfortable with those before attempting this. But don’t give up! I’m 58.

I’m a Pure Barre instructor so I thought I would try something different but this is exaccccctly the same format lol. Weird but good workout!

The work out is amazing, I only say that the music is a little bit too loud so it's difficult to listen to what you say.

you got it!! i always do fewer reps on the challenge but still a great workout nonetheless!
