Nice work guys. It makes you work for it!
Well done, that is one of our most difficult climbs here in Tassie 👏 if you get the time to come back try climbing our tallest mountain, Mt Ossa, it's much easier, though it's a two day return trip on the Overland Track. You can walk into new Pelion Hut and stay overnight. That steep peak behind Cradle Mountain called Barn Bluff is also difficult. Great video 👍
That would be awesome! We would love to come back to Tassie and do some more hiking
That's a tiger snake all right. They are pretty dangerous 😂 but it's cool you saw one.
Fun time! Looks like Superstition Mountains east of Phoenix (but your trek had water)!
We will have to give that a shot when we are back in the states. Unfortunately (not pictured), was our lack of water and we actually had none left once we were on the summit. The next day's hike we changed that! This was a beautiful hike -
3:52 As my father-in-law/little man’s grandpa would have said, “Aw, cute critters.” 😉
We thought they were cute too until we learned the danger of the snake. An unforgettable experience though :)
Hi guys! The summit and the weather look so nice. May I ask what month did you go?
Have done this beautiful and challenging hike three times; First time 1990 with my wife on our honeymoon, before we moved to Tasmania to live and raise a family. Next in 2014 with my daughter; and then in 2015 with my wife and son for our 25th wedding anniversary. It's a hard enough stroll when you're young, but in 2015 I was 73. Proud of my effort.
