there is no difference in which sea gives you a higher chance of sea beasts spawning but you should hunt in 3rd sea because there is a chance that you get Three Sea Beasts at once which is not available in the 2nd sea.
if you want a higher chance of sea beasts to spawn try to:
-Go further out from any nearby islands.
-Making sure you're inside the ship's driver's seat.
-Find friends to help spawn Sea Beast. (if you do it with more people it increases the chances of a sea beast spawning)

Actually the amount of money u get depends on the amount of players that are seating in ur boat, or the amount of hp the seabeast has, the minimum seabeast health is 90k

When ur sea beast hunting, also recommend having shark v2
this was very helpful! I got 2 mil money but was scared to not be avle to beat a sea beast but when i did it like you, i was able to kill him and got shark v3!

In the sea you might get an event called “rumbling waters” which spawns 3 sea beast
That’s only 3rd sea
Even for 2nd sea but harder than 3rd sea beast I actually spawned rumbling on 2nd sea even my friend on a boat
it only spawns in 3rd sea buddy

I got like 4 rumbling waters in a new server, first rumbling water spawned as soon we start the server and headed to castle on the sea, and second rumbling spawned in just couple minutes and soo on the others

tips my friends told me:turn of haki and turn it back on when sea beasts spawn. and also if pirate ships start atacking you, sail away because if you defeat them it wil despawn sea beast. also shark and saber v2 are reccomended
turning observation or enhancement haki on or off DOES NOT increase or decrease the chances of a sea beast spawning so don't worry about that (you can check out the wiki fandom to verify this if you want), everything else seems correct so your friend gave you some good tips! if you have buddha then use sabers moves to do damage
If you will be using blizzard, hold F skill and it will deal tons of DMG but make sure to dodge the attacks

@@Diavolo_76 The F move of Blizzard was Tornado Flight which summons a Snow Tornado at their feet that damages, stuns and shoves players away. This move can be used for an unlimited amount of time. If you have any more questions feel free to ask!❤

I use yama and claw and buddha it's good i think or saber is the best for sea beasts hunting

Here's a tip but use blizzard instead. If you use dough F awk scorching donut and go around where the water is light blue the sea beast takes dmg

Edit 1:also it takes 10 minutes to spawn sea beast its better sea beast hunting on third sea cus you will get rumbleling water

-get fish race because it helps with water damage
-go to 3rd sea because that's the only place that rumbling water appears
but yeah your right, nothing increases the chance of rumbling waters, it just happens.

Somehow I was going to a Buddha raid but in green zone a sea beast spawn out of nowhere that I did nothing to spawn it
It was either by a 10 million bounty player (fake sea beast) or just someone had spawned hit and reset or leve before you. Probably the first one
Recommend using awakened magma since it has the highest damage

Its easy if we use shark race v2 because the damage on water and sea beast will low your hp
I just use buddha awakened V and C skill and dragon talon X and C skill deals a ton of damage to SB and buddha is immune to water
if u dont have fish use yama to dodge the beam

for people who are new in 2nd sea here is some tips i recommend magma is the best for 2nd sea bc it kills sea beast really quickly and does high damage to npcs so use magma for 2nd sea
As a shark v3 kitsune use sea beats are very easy
It will randomly spawned if afk for 20-30minutes around 5 minutes if moving around the map i think its unconfirmed since i tried this
Killing sea beast is easy with shark v2 v3 or v4 bro
