All these homes are Beautiful. Some just need a little Tender Loving Care. This home third one is really nice. Really liked the second without the pool that one is really cute. God Bless.
Nice renovation on the Lake Mary house, I Love Lake Mary!
The last is not selling because of the price for sure but I know it is definitely due to the big crack in the foundation of the drive way. You do a great job showing these homes.

The 3rd one is really nice actually my favorite but it would be better with the master bedroom upstairs. Good job
Okay Kaleb the first house is nice, but found some things wrong with it. First the hot water tank, definitely needs Replacing. I could do without the Pool. The front & backyard needs Maintenance and replaced the back wooden fence, and the patio floor. $430,000 is too steep, more like $380,000-$390.000. The 2nd house, I do really like the Architectural of this home. Need Proxy Garage Flooring, The Lawn Maintenance definitely needs TLC. $464,000 is still to high, More like $424,000. House #3. Nice, but way,way over My head, I figured you don't have to pay that kind of money for a nice home, My Favorite is #2. But great Video Kaleb 😻😂
Thank you for showing homes in northeast orlando area. I really like home no. 2. It has character which can be lacking in newer homes. I like the concept of separation of the kitchen area from the living areas. Newer homes seem to have one big space which is the trend but I prefer the aspect of separate rooms. After preparing meals you have a dirty kitchen to look at until the dishes and pots and pans are cleaned. Plus cooking smells permeate the whole house whereas separation with walls and kitchen fans can contain cooking smells better. It is probably cheaper to build one big room without walls.I still like separate rooms. Plus the house is cozier. Winter Springs is a great community. So is Lake Mary. I also like wood in the closet areas. Everything today is plastic. Again cheaper! I will continue to watch your home adventures.

The third kitchen is horrifying. That little wall blocking the living room with two tiny cabinets is hilarious.
First you get whacked by the staircase and then hope to find your way around the maze. Whoever designed it should be fired 😮

That is a beautiful house but very expensive for only 3 bedrooms not much people can afford that price.
Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home ok front elevation with double front doors. Ooh. Don’t like the primary in the front of the house but a good size. Closet and especially en-suite extremely small but nice shower. Less to clean, right? Kitchen 🫤. Would change the subway tile. Nice dining/living space. Bedrooms ok size - bath ok. Covered enclosed lanai/sunroom. Ok size paved pool. Potential indeed. 2nd home rare to see a fully White House. Those beam’s and elevation different. Open concept. Primary again in the front. Good size. En-suite small but ok and in the front?? Beds /bath ok but 3beds to 1 bath? Sliders to the backyard. Nice breakfast nook with bench seating. 3rd home lovely elevation. Unique color. Entry is odd with that 1/2 wall. Like the double doors in the primary. 2 closets appreciated. En-suite ok. Yes could be updated. Lots of windows indeed in the living room. Kitchen ok. 1/2 bath and laundry great. Covered and birdcaged lanai and pool. Good loft space. Storage. Missed the stairs step down at the entry. Nice size guest bathroom and bedrooms. Nice home for those that don’t mind stairs. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

I loved all three homes but I especially liked the two ranch homes the best, I love the space of the third home but I am in my sixties and stairs are something I no longer want to deal with. Happy New Year. I always really like your tours. These were really all nice properties. I particularly like the last one. You mentioned the reason it's not selling probably price, well yeah, it's a little pricey for only three bedrooms. I do understand it has a covered pool, and it's in a great area, looks like a mini mansion, and a unique floorplan actually, but maybe if they go a bit under half a million, again due to the bedroom size, that would probably be more attractive. But I do understand location location 🙄🤷🏽♀️. Thank you🌞🤲🏾.
Hi Kaleb, you mentioned been six feet tall. My brother is six feet ,ten inches, nephews six feet,five inches and niece six feet. I am the short one at 5 feet, 8 inches, 😭. Welcome to the tall club 🤣. All the homes are very nice but 1 and 2,prices could be less. Great viewing as usual.

All these houses are so far from jobs in orlando! Traffic now is horrible! So disappointing!The 3 one is good but that house is going to stay in the market! 610,000 price it's a small house too. Our adult children will be 40 year old living with parents with these prices.🤣
If possible, can you show duplexes or other multi family homes for those who may want to house hack to afford to live in the Orlando and surrounding areas.

Kaleb I totally agree with you. This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. Of course it needs some upgrades. This house is NOT affordable though 💔. I personally need a 4 bedrooms by June. I wonder what the market will look like 4 months from now. My lease will be expired in July. Hopefully Kaleb by then we will be able the right house🏡, in the right neighborhood, at the right price 🙏...
I have an idea what I am looking for, sadly I am not sure if the builder is building in Ocala now and waiting for the price to go down a bit more

I know it's probably just me but I hate staged floor plans. I can't imagine my own stuff past seeing the space already filled. It reminds me of a museum. Look but don't touch.
If last house sells around $600k they're not gonna be paying 4I in property taxes!

I am currently searching based on school grades but every realtor I talk do either doesn’t know or out right cannot tell me. I just learned today that they can’t share crime or school info to not influence the market.

The last home on the video was a nice size home for $619k. Wow!! In California that’s a $2 million dollars home in a good neighborhood but in a super nice part of Los Angeles, like Brentwood or South Pasadena CA then it’s another story. Florida home always cheap. I don’t know why I’m still living in California it’s shithole and expensive. I guess I’ve been here too long. Keep up the good work on your home tour Caleb. Thanks
