Just an update guys, relating to MAK and his Lifetime courses, that are not displaying and working correctly.
As at today, he is clearly trying to put things right, some pages are displaying - but must be clear NO CONTENT is visible.
What is not good is the communication of your loyal subscribers of several years. Truthfully out of the way I feel treated, no reply or any reason given for this, on this why I want a refund, as I feel no longer credible or reliable.
What worries me is the silence. Mak is not like that, at least not when I found out about it and signed up for Diviunversity.
I am patient, I am hopeful, but I would be calmer with a few words from Mak.
â âââ I appreciate everything has their opinion, but in what modern day society would anything work without communication? If heâs a nice guy please can ask him why is he not replying to emails or messages and why isnât our service worked for weeks on weeks.
1. If we stopped replying to clients/customers for months thatâs OK? Or any customer care or support. Whatâs a sensible lead time 48hrs or 480hrs
2. How can you be an advocate and a champion for products and services, that very same platforms doesnât work.
3. I purchased a service in good faith and we all have consumer and have rights. It wasnât free (almost ÂŁ300) and have nothing to show for it. Iâve purchased courses on Udemy for ÂŁ14 and I still access to those, but nothing much to worry as itâs 5% of that cost.
I feel cheated, disrespected and have to find solution to access new courses and spend more money I donât have atm.
This isnât anything personal, I am at you or anyone else. I am informing the community my experience I have been silent and respectful and left it⊠waited Nothing. So if I prevent someone save there money and make better choices.
