EPCOT World Showcase | Eating Strange & Unique Snacks From Around The World | Walt Disney World

- EPCOT's World Showcase is centered around a reflective lagoon. There are eleven countries represented here.
This is one of the more relaxing and scenic areas of Disney World
As you stroll around, you'll transition from one country to the next. While each "land" is next to the other, you'll never get the sense that you're in two places at once. To enhance the experience, the cast members typically come from the country you're visiting and are always eager to talk about their homeland.

I like your idea of doing this instead of drinking around the world. I don’t drink anymore but my husband does and he will be doing the drinking around the world. This will let me participate in my own way.
Your face when you age that goat milk candy was PRICELESS!!!! 😂😂😂
I love when he doesn't like something his face cracks me up
I laughed so hard I just love Mr. Morrow
8:49 I like how they're playing an instrumental version of my favorite Gordon Lightfoot song "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald".
Nate, all the soda/beer cans had "pull tabs" back in the day. People used to drop them back into the can or throw them on the ground. Both actions led to many injuries every year--leading manufacturers to develop the common opening mechanism that you're familiar with today. Great, fun video--thank you!
Came here to say the same and that it made me feel old remembering ring pulls!! 😅
Making long chains of them was quite the fad in Jr High 😉 They were a menace, glad the modern tabs were invented. Weird they’re still in use other places.
@@lcflngn My mom taught us how to make pop-top chains as a way to get us kids to clean them up from around the campgrounds. 🤣
I couldn’t believe he has never seen a pull tab before. Now I feel old. 😂
Your face after eating the goat milk with pecans candy is priceless! 😂
As soon as I hear, "hey friends", I start smiling and that continues throughout all your videos!
Right. These videos have become my therapy.
I grew up in a half Hispanic household, so I can definitely relate to the Mexican candies being hit or miss to an American palette 😂
To ANY pallet! lol #MexiRican 😂
Well the Mexican candies are a big seller in Vegas…
My Hubby is Half Mexican and I would love to see his Reactions to the Mexican candies. Just adds something new to try Next disney trip
Gracie`s reaction to the dalmation toy you brought home was so funny! Hope she ended up enjoying it! Thanks for sharing your adventures Nate! Have a great week!
That’s mine I sent it❤❤❤😂😂😂
@@elliottbean5678 That`s so cool! I`m sure Gracie will enjoy it! Thanks for the response!
That pop-top on the Chinese drink you got was like how they were in the 1970s on cans of soda and beers. You know the line in Jimmy Buffet’s “MargaritaVille” song? “I step on a pop top” - That is exactly what he means!
I laughed so hard when Nate made the lemonade because I thought the same thing. And gracie's recation to the dog. Lol. Poor girl. Hopefully she comes around. Thanks for another great video Nate!
Hey Nate, those 'octopus meatballs' chips were actually takoyaki balls flavour which are from Japan and its like a savoury pancake batter ball that's seasoned with nori seaweed and a special sauce it put on top with katsuobushi (fish flakes) with tiny pieces of octopus tentacles inside. I love savoury and seafood so I love takoyaki!
And yes, definitely agree with you that German chocolate is awesome!
Back in the 1970 that was how the taps were made on soda cans. Before those you had to use a v shaped opener to punchtor the can.
I remember those! They stopped making them that way because everyone just threw them and littered 😢
the "No" when you opened up the octopus chips! 😅🤣 My sons are adopted from Korea, and there are definitely some unique flavors of chips in Asia!! They love going to our local Asian store and picking out the craziest ones 🤣 Such a fun idea for a video!!
Hello from Norway 😊 the gingerbread cookies you bought in Norway sells for about $5 dollars in Norway for a 400g box 😊 and to answer your question about the red line on the wrapping, yes, that is how you are supposed to open them 😂 we love your videos❤ and we hope we get to meet you in person when we visit Florida in the fall 😊
One thing watch it with sugar inside of candy 🍭🍭 this year Nate sugar is not good for you gives you hyper and sugar Rush bouncing up on walls don't get those this is Jenna Dabao had fun Disney day
I’m in the UK and have never heard of Henry Goodes liquorice, but I looked it up online at a local supermarket and the same size bag you had is £1.50 so a big mark up as expected at the UK Pavilion! Really enjoyed the trip around world showcase with you 😊
I have never heard of that liquorice either. From UK also
They sell them in asda I'm not a big fan of liquorice,
Your Mars bars are better than our Milky Way bars.
You won't be paying 5 dollars for a pack of tunnocks more like £2 max
@@triciaswann4723 Sainsbury and Waitrose sell it !
Gracie was like, "Who the heck is that?!!!" "I'm outta here!!" Funny!!!
I wanted to thank you so much for the 'garage sailing' episode. It brought back so many memories. My family used to go every Saturday back in the 90s and I even made my dad an authentic 'Davis Garage Sailing Kit' for xmas one year complete with maps and pens (things were different in the 90s😉) His drive bys were always 'kids clothes & toys' and if an item was 50 cents he'd still offer them a quarter. 🤣🤣
I'd better grab a snack to watch this vid about snacks. 💕💕
-Western NY Aimee
That makes me so happy

Oh my you are braver than I am, lol. I did spend over $100 just in that Japan shop alone. We also tried those crabs, that was a fishy, poke in the throat no go. I loved this video, we live a long ways from Florida, so I live my Disney adventures through you, till 2025.
Awesome idea for a video! When I go to foreign countries I like to try their snack foods. I’m like an international junk food connoisseur!
Anna's ginger cookies are my favorite snacks. Goes great with coffee.
Your face when you smelled the octopus chips 🤣🤣
I seriously can’t explain how happy this man makes me I started crying just because of how happy he is his smile brings me so much joy
I love saying Nate’s first words he begins every video with. Like I love saying it with him 😊❤

Can't wait to watch it later this evening!! We didn't get to do all of Epcot unfortunately but hopefully we will win the lotto someday and be able to return to Disney World!! 😊
I hope you win the lottery to!
My daughter loved meeting you in Germany yesterday. She said it was the highlight of her day.
I bloody love your vlogs, the yard sailing had me in stitches 😂
My mom and I did this on our last trip, inspired by your videos! I always love these! 🤍
That makes me so happy
"Break me off a piece of that.... Chrysler car!" 🤣🤣
Gracie's reaction was priceless😂😂😂
I've had lots of German candies and for the most part they were great
Most Japanese KitKats are around $5-$7 a bag at Asian markets here in Seattle. The Chinese Lays snacks are around $3 a bag.
Tunnock’s is great. I recommend Tunnock’s Tea Cakes, if you haven’t tried them yet.
Gracie’s reaction was priceless 😂! I was dying lmao 🤣! My Border Collie Chloe would’ve probably had the same reaction! We watch your vlogs together lol and she always waits for Gracie girl at the end. Thanks Nate for a cool video ❤️
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who enjoyed how the drink from the China pavilion opened! 😂😂
Hey Nate, OG Champ here! Was so funny as I started singing "Daddy would you like some sausage" moments before you did in the last video hahahaha. Nice Freddy got fingered reference! Lovely video, lovely food and lovely views on the boat ride! Also loved how Gracie went onto each bed on queue too heehee bless her. I hope you have a space in your house when you get it for your picture with Goof and the Jukebox! 😁😁😁 Big love Big Boss Man, my FC
There he is My OG Champ Did you see the little Mermaid yet!
Dude the facial expressions ALONE before we hear "I don't think I like it..." - CLASSIC😂😂😂
Those goat Milk Carmels are my favorite!
I love going into the Japan section of Epcot and trying all of the snacks each time my husband and I visit the park. Our kiddos are finally old enough to get excited and join in trying the items with us. 🎉💕 the small things in life!
These are always my favorite style of videos. My girlfriend and I plan to do this "challenge" while we are at Disney next week!
Love these world showcase snack and drink videos!!🌎❤
Thank you so much I’m happy you liked
Lordy Nate. I was laughing. The pull top for that Chinese soda, that’s the way all soda cans used to be. I think it was the 80s when they changed it. We all used to drop the tab back into the can and then drink. Big surprise that ppl would end up swallowing the metal tab. I did it countless times - dropped my tab in after opening and thankfully never choked on a tab. Great video.
The red line on the Norwegian cracker plastic liner is the "low level", time to buy more indicator! LOL!
Hey Nate and Friends! Been away for a bit, but so glad this is the video I come back to. Let’s go do this!
I’m so sorry for the lack of videos, but we do have a lot of travel stuff coming up
@@PagingMrMorrow all good, no need to apologize! I’ve just been having a lot of stuff going on so I’ve been doing catch up on your stuff. Always excited to see what you have going on 😁
Gracie's reaction to the stuffed dalmation 😂😂😂😂
Tip … Annas ginger thins make very delicious ice cream sandwiches. I buy them here in Australia for about $4.00 aud a packet
It was totally awesome running into you in England! The hilight of our trip!
I grew up in Mexico and I love those Gloria’s candies! Lol. Also the caramel is different because it looks like cajeta which is caramel made from milk.
I love when you do these kinds of videos. Your face with the goat milk priceless. 😅 and Gracie’s relation to the Dalmatian too funny!
Thank you Nate, trying snacks and candies in Epcot is on our list of things to do when we head down in July. Thank you for the guidance! Hope to bump into you soon....
It is so much fun you should definitely do it
I love your video, your facial expressions when eating someof these foods were priceless and when you were singing “break me off a piece of that”. …. I knew exactly where that came from!😂😂😂 Awwww Gracie, she is so sweet❤
The king Charles tin sounds about right. Shortbread tins in the UK costs alot for some reason. The liquorice is a tad pricy
The pull tab used to be very common in the US. The problem was, we used to put the tab in the can once we opened them. People would wind up swallowing them (especially from the beer cans.)
I loved this vlog! It was hilarious! All your reactions were great. But Gracie took the cake!
Loved your amazement at the ring pull on the can - I must be old as I remember when that was the norm.
😂😂😂 Nate! Your facial expression when something doesn’t taste good is hilarious! That’s for making me laugh! 😂😂🤣
HEY FRIENDS!!🤗 HEY NATE!!🤗 Let's go do this!!🤓
Hey Friends Hey Johnny!!
@@PagingMrMorrow god bless you hope your having a wonderful day my friend
Hi Nate what park are you going to over next couple of days we are here on holiday from Scotland

Oooh yes! I’ve been waiting for another one of these! ❤️
The Henry Goodes liquorice is £1.50 in the UK which is about $1.80. The Shortbread tin is £10 which works out to be about $12.40
LOL love how Van Halens Jump was playing in Japan!? Poor Nate your crab story was terrible. Glad you ar OK! We Love the Lychee candies and gummies in Japan! American adventure should represent for our foreign guests!
Hey Nate, because of these videos, my family and I cannot wait to come back to Epcot this fall, and do this exactly! My son always gets excited when you post another epcot video! We met you at the boardwalk last September, my husband found your sunglasses in the bottom of the pool lol. Hope to see you in the fall!
Epcot is the best park. I love these unique videos. The reaction from the potato chips was hilarious.😊
Hi Nate, it's Warren, you met me and my family in the UK pavilion the day you shot this video. Just wanted to say it was great to meet you and you are as nice in person as you are in your videos, keep doing it
Poor Nate, I remember the crab incident.
Hey Nate, looking forward to visiting Epcot and eating all those snacks real soon.. loving your content buddy 👊🏴
Thank you so much!
@@PagingMrMorrow Gracie looks like PERDIE in live action 101 dalmatians. Like almost Identical
Your videos are my absolute favorite! Thanks so much for brightening my day Nate!
I loved this video and hope you do another one in the near future! Your face when trying things you did not like was priceless 🙂
Such a fun video! Loved seeing Gracie’s reaction too!
I just adore you and Gracie ❤❤❤you make my heart happy!
Love your snack tours at Epcot, Nate. Thanks for the vid!
ahh my favorite. octopus meatball chips
Right after watching this video I realized my mom just brought me a big bag of Gloria’s from Mexico! 😂😂😂😂 also some caramel Obleas that I think you’d enjoy!
I love the EPCOT snack videos! I hope Gracey learns to like her new friend! Thanks for another great video!
I loved all of this - gave me some great ideas of things for us to do in Epcot on our upcoming trip. You're the best, Nate!
So excited for another magical video!
Aww Thanks!
Japan has some of the coolest and weirdest KitKat flavors ever and I love it. They also have something called KitKat Chocolatory’s in Japan where you can get exclusive/high-end KitKats (some of them go for like 5-10$ for a single Kit Kat bar, of course it’s a little bit bigger, like the size of a BigKat, but they are really fancy and tasty)
Bugles on the fingertips!! deja vu! Love your honesty about these snacks too! Watching your reactions was fantastic!
Great video!! Poor little Gracie! 🥰
Thank you for making my day a bright one!
Loving this Episode as much as I have done the rest. Just appreciate your dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for everything you encounter. Yes it's very much Theme Park and Food orientated, but what the hell, your Feedback, regarding the aforementioned subjects, is what we tune in for. Here's to the next episode. Loving it.!
The King Charles shortbread is £10 a tin. My husband used to work in the UK pavilion and he still buys things we can get at home when we visit Epcot from Scotland.
We have to name Gracie’s new friend!! ❤️
VOSS water always makes me chuckle, from the Adam Sandler movie "Grown Ups"... if ya know, ya know🤣
🇩🇪the German chocolates are the Best! Born in Germany, I have had them many times😍 They are especially popular during the Holidays🎄
Hi there from the UK, the liquorice is £1.50 for that bag. The tin of shortbread is £10 here. 😊
If you ever want any sweets sent over from the UK please just say, happy to send some treats your way 😊
Spit out my drink at the goat milk candy reaction 😂
I really enjoyed this video! You had me laughing out loud and it was exactly what I needed today!
I loved this episode!
I'm ready for tomorrow's cookie update!! Have you ever tried the coffee cake one? Because it sounds ridiculously good
I love these videos!! I’m so happy you posted today!!!
😂😂 I loved your reactions, thank you for this video. As usual we always spend a good time thanks to you. Can’t wait for the next video
Germany and Italy were hilarious 😂😂 It’s interesting though that Italy is selling the candy I always buy here in Germany when my throat aches or when I have a cough.
Love this! I live in japan and the Kit-kat bags are around 300 yen here (about $2.15) I love all the different flavours, each preferecture sells limited flavours too! I hope you can visit Tokyo Disneyland one day and try more unique Japanese treats! 😊
