Not too much, just have to get it built
2 years almost and still dealing with the crap workmanship and them deflecting and lying through the whole warranty process. They were booted from Prairie Ridge development.
Trophy Signature was booted from Prairie Ridge?
Just Beezer, Grand and MI are here now, they need another 1 or 2 as they doubled the area since buying texplex. Will be Goodland now, not Prairie Ridge.@@RealtorPerez

The open concept floor plan steals a home of valuable wall space. All these windows will take the space used for a console, armoire, or more seating. Think about hosting a party for 10 people. Where are they going to congregate and place their personal belongings?? The idea of a small narrow hallway to greet guests is ridiculous. There should be an ample entry to accommodate a seat to take off shoes, and wall space for hanging purses and jackets. The tiny hall closet is probably housing the owners belongs, so where is all the space? It’s a “visual expanse of space” that doesn’t allow for the desired walls to accommodate practical furniture. Small and narrow accessories aren’t practical for living, just useful for a marketing picture. Builders need to do better!
These are spec builders. They build home to stay under a certain price range. Luckily DFW has more customizable builders (which we showcase on our channel) where you would get what you are looking for.

This house is horrible, cheap, and mediocre. I don't know why people are still buying new builds when these investors do the bare minimum, and the houses fall apart in 30 to 50 years. Give me a home made with care, integrity and quality materials and made before 1990.
