I should've known my favorite GH6 youtuber would have a drone channel! I have a dji mini 2 & a dji mavic 2 pro. I also had to change my mini 2 props - the case they sell you actually crushes and warps the props, unless you're very careful how you place it in the case and store it.
Ah thank you, that's very kind of you to say 👍 Sounds good, two awesome drones! Yeah the bag is a little cramped with the charger and remote in it for the Mini 3 Pro, I just try to arrange it so they aren't pressed against other things. I do find the bag pretty handy though, I use it quite a lot.
I think to go to Saint-Malo, France. How is it at the expense of shooting by drone, Mavic-Mini, is it necessary to obtain permission or can you fly without permission?
Very nice, I am not 100% sure on French flying laws but here in the UK we need an operator ID and for anything classed as commercial work we need liability insurance in place. You will have to check with the French Civil Aviation Authority for the specifics.
I suppose it depends where it is. I live near the beach here in the UK and I can fly over parts of it but other parts are restricted due to airport proximity. You can find a lot of that out using a drone flight map app. Here in the UK you can fly over people with a sub 250g drone but anything classed as a crowd is a no-go for flying over.
@@stevelitton The drone will not fly in the airport area, it has restricted areas programmed into it. But the drone will fly over houses, squares. But you probably can’t do this without permission. The only thing left is the beach.
@@lnuponom2678 Different countries have different restrictions around airports, rather than a simple circle zone, ours have additional restriction areas for the runway directions, etc. I'm sure if you are following their rules, flying safely and not bothering people, you should be fine.
