As a father myself, I can totally relate to how Ross reacted, that's exactly how I felt when my son started speaking

I like the blooper reel of this episode when the baby starts saying "dada" when he wasn't suppose to. It was so cute.
I've seen that blooper. I agree, it was really cute.
Ross was trying to get Ben to say "Dada," but getting no response.
The thing was, when David Schwimmer said that line, the young boy had no way of knowing that David wasn't really asking him to say "Dada." So he responded to David's coaxing by saying "Dada."
That happened at least twice. It ruined two takes, but it was absolutely adorable. :)

Ben doesn't appear at all after season 6,i think it is
for once and for all: Cole who played older Ben couldn't be on Friends anymore since the end of season 8 onward, so exactly at the time when Emma was born because Cole simply got a better, lead, regular role on a Disney show. So he chose a better role, and he didn't have time for Friends anymore. This is why we never saw Ben meeting Emma on screen, we only know for sure that they met off-screen. So it's not that Friends showrunners and writers forgot about Ben, but quite simply, life happens, and Cole moved on, and this wasn't Friends creator's fault or their choice!

This is just so cute! I remembered my son first word with my husband. His first word was love. We were so happy and Everytime me and my husband told him that he smiles. Now he's 7. Sigh!

The writers are to blamed, by the time Ross and Rachel got together in season 2, they already made plans to break them up in the next season.

Avinash Tyagi no Ross was at fault, he bombarded her work after she toled him a hundred times there was a crisis and she didn’t have time to stop, he came anyways blatantly disregarded her work, and not respecting her job, then when they fought back at her apartment he brought up thinking the fight had to do with Mark when he wasn’t even part of the scenario, he was making it way to hard on her and she said she needed a break from them at the moment. She instantly regretted it, she even said that to Mark when he came over without her permission, she said that she “didn’t want to take a break” and then when Ross called she toled him that she was so happy he called. And even if they were on a break he still shouldn’t have slept or been with another girl literally 2 hours after, and every time Ross keeps saying “We were on a Break” it breaks her heart even more, like the break was an excuse card and that he felt she should forgive him. So no Ross is in the wrong
@@Mae-kg6kt Sorry my friend, but try telling your significant other that you're not going to spend any time with them for days and that you're going to miss spending your anniversary with them, you'll either be single or sleeping on the couch.
Relationships are a two way street. If Rachel was so concerned with her job that she had not time for Ross, then she shouldn't have gotten upset that he slept with another woman during their breakup since she already proved she didn't have time for their relationship.
No she wanted to have her cake and eat it too, a clear sign of her selfishness and self-centered nature.
She ALLOWED Mark into her apartment, he didn't force his way in, she was again to blame for that, she knew that Ross didn't lie him and purposely acted in a way that would only add to their schism during their breakup.
Wrong again, he was free to sleep with anyone at any time, she had broken up with him and shown she had no time for him, and did not care about his feelings.
Instantly regretting it is no excuse, she needed to take responsibility for her actions and refused to do so, and it was clear she didn't care about the relationship or his feelings, he was not at all wrong to sleep with another woman, in fact she was wrong to even get upset, she should have apologized for putting him in that situation in the first place and been happy he was willing to take her back instead of hooking up with Chloe or some other girl.
Ross is a great great father....... Look at his reactions.
Ross is such a nice and sweet guy in the first two seasons. I know lots of people like that he became funnier as the show went on but I honestly still like him here better when he's sweet and caring and not that much petty.
I think he had what I would consider a breakdown after Rachel got her Job .

His fears were understandable & valid. And they didn't just work together, she hanged out with him outside of work.

I like when Ross gets along with Susan and Carol. Susan especially was so nasty in season 1, im glad they made her get along and be a little nicer to Ross afterwards.

My oldest said 'hi daisy.' to our dog. Her first words and a sentence. All at once, it took her a month to do it in front of someone. I wondered if I'd imagined the whole thing. :) Kids are so funny.
That is cute. My sisters first words were a sentence too. There was a character in DIsneyland at the character breakfast she was scared of and she reached her hands out to my parents in her highchair and said "I want to get out"
That's a lot like me. My dad always greeted the cats with, "Hi, cat" when they came up to him. When I was just four months, one of the cats came and rubbed up against the leg of my high chair, and I said, "Hi, cat" just like my dad. Needless to say, they freaked out.
