Thanks for the tip , I tried to make my own wit butter and milk that didn't work out as planned 😂 tried to look for it at the supermarket but no luck 🤦🏾♂️ cheers again much appreciated from NZ😎
When I worked at buffet and we had chicken every Friday, I learned that when you use melted butter in your milk/egg wash, it holds the seasonings and the crisp doesnt fall off either. Use your own choice of cooking oil, and the butter in your milk/egg wash; the breading wont fall off and you won't get that heavy oil taste in your chicken

You are so wrong for this. You know this is dangerous. Don't get it twisted, I will be trying this, just had to put that disclaimer in the comments first. Thanks for sharing.
All of your seasonings sounded really good. However, the season salt may have been too much salt. You put the season salt on the chicken, in the flour mixture and in your milk and white vinegar mixture. Maybe b/c I'm a diabetic that's too much salt
I don't trust nobody chicken if they don't put their flower mix in a bag dropped they chicken pieces in it and shake it up like they somebody grandma. That's how you coat your chicken
It’s more so, why does no one ever show the actual package the chicken comes in? That’s the hardest thing for me, finding the actual naked strips to cook. I always end up just getting the already cooked and frozen bag.
They're called chicken tenderloins. They should be with the regular chicken in the meat department. You could also just buy chicken breasts and slice them into strips.
Are you special needs? Go to the poultry section and just buy the package that says chicken tenderloins you can Litteraly see through the packaging and see the tenders
Not too sure what the measurements are? That's usually a good sign and a sign that someone's cooking from heart. My mom says I don't need to always cook by the numbers, because it's not authentic to your style.
That would taste a little salty to me, season the chicken the milk with the same season then season the corn starch and flour that's to much of season to me.
Oh my god that's a lot of seasoning you just tripled up on a lot of sodium if you marinated over night the seasoning should be able to blend thru I'll be tasting more salt that chicken that's to much seasoning
1 tablespoon of vinegar to 1 cup of milk is prolly the best ratio you can get for “buttermilk”
Looks really good

Lemon juice should also work too if you dont wanna use vinegar
Allow milk with vinegar to sit about 5 minutes.
Lemon pepper
Seasoning salt
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
Make buttermilk with milk/ vinegar
Thank you I was trying to figure it out. What the hell he was trying to say cause he was going fast.😅
Thank u!

Nice job.
I always wondered if you really need to use all of that buttermilk it's not alot but I think you could use less for marinade.
Man i did this with small wings and then tossed em in a bag with Red Hot after being fried and they came out better then Wings Stop ‼🤘
Classic ❤
I made this… amazing oh wow the way my family ate it up in SECONDS

Pickle juice works good too. Thin out some sour cream with some pickle juice add all your seasonings, measure with your heart and marinate

@@kylie92 I’ve seen the chicken breasts and they don’t have the same finished look lol. Yours look better than chicken breasts, I NEED YOUR BAG!!!
Just look up chicken tenderloins fresh lol it shouldn’t be that hard

I was disappointed when McDonald’s discounted the buttermilk chicken tenders.
I use milk and a lemon with a splash of vinegar

I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about not even dudes in mesopotamia had that issue
@@lakefaniganlay2819 yes you do keep eating that Mucus Chicken you will find out
@@marciataylor2794 you know what who am I to judge your choices? Somethings aren't to be trusted
How long do you fry them for?
These tenders weren’t that big so it was 5-8 minutes but cook until golden brown is a good rule of thumb if your oil is minimum at 350 degrees.
Oh my god that's a lot of seasoning you just tripled up on a lot of sodium if you marinated over night the seasoning should be able to blend thru I'll be tasting more salt that chicken that's to much seasoning
