3:10 fun fact: I broke the growth plate of my ankle (part of a leg) when I was 10 1/2 almost 11 and it was the worst experience of my life I still have trouble walking til this day (I was 11 in 2020) and it was hard with covid and I had a cast to the top of my thigh so much physical therapy and after I got out of my cast I had a boot and my knee was straight for like 11 weeks so I could barely move and add more physical therapy and I still have pains where it feels like I dislocated my knee often so I STONGLY disagree with you brent
