instruction on when to fully fasten the screws is later in the video. Kindercraft, please edit the video and add "NOT FULLY FASTEN" for any screw BEFORE the 3:28 mark. that could save you a lot of money on returns and wobble issues.

Is there a baby height / size chart for the positions of the seat?
The high chair can be used by babies until 36 months / 15 kg, that can sit by themselves :)
We've just received our Enock chair. Its great 👍.. but it wobbles. When all screws are tightened the front right leg does not make contact with the floor (the floor is definitely level!) Do you have any trouble shooting options to help?

Deviam pensar em adaptar o cinto noutras posições pois nem todos os bebes cabem no primeiro nivel... é o caso da minha bebe de 6 meses...

Ordered our chair last night and received it an hour ago. The one leg is shortee than the other, hence the wobble.

Hi! My 7 month old baby can't fit in the Enock when the seat is in the highest position. Can the seat be placed in position No. 2, although this is not permitted by the manual?

Same here, only my baby is 6 months old and also the black strap won't fit through the tiny slit..
Exactly, this chair is ONLY suitable for babies with short legs! I had to lower the seat by 1 rung for my 7 month old, which means the safety harness no longer fits. I've made my own safety harness, which works, but would not recommend this product.
Without this CZcams, where at the start you introduce which parts and what, how are people meant to know what e.g. the cross bar is. It's in the manual but not actually written on the piece.

Hi, the length of middle strap is extremely short, not like in the video. Is there anyway to adjust it?
The seat belts can only be installed at the highest level of the seat, as the small board to which the belts are attached can only be installed at the highest level (at this time the larger board acts as a footrest). It is not possible to comfortably use the seat belts on the next levels, only a wide board can be installed on each level - from the highest 10th level to the lowest, intended for seating for older children. All information on adjusting the height of the seat can be found in the user manual
@@KinderkraftOfficialI just bought this chair and this wasn’t clear.. my son is 2 and doesn’t fit in the chair on the highest level.. so I can’t use the chair otherwise he can get out.

It seems sturdy, but like many many many other complaints the tray where you can place the plate/food is so immensely wobbly, I had to wrap duct tape around the arms where it meets with the fittings to counterpart the wobbling, and it still wobbles pretty bad..

Edit 11 days later:
I send an email to Kinderkraft on a sunday. They responded to me within 10 minutes! Today 11 days later i got the replacement parts with DPD from Poland. Afterall very good service from Kinderkraft! Prenatal(the seller), gave bad service.
Bought this chair in November 2022. It is June 2023 now. The paint of the chair comes loose when you wipe it to clean it. And the harnas is broken. So i cant strap my child anymore. I made a complaint about it. The solution from Prenatal. Bring the chair to a store in Amsterdam (30kilometers from where i live). Leave the chair in the store and you will here about it. No money back, no new chair. How am i going to feed my child when i have to bring the chair to Amsterdam, but get nothing back. Most shitty service ever.

If you have bought this then you have my sympathy. I'm normally great with flat pack, but this is abysmal and the parts barely fit together. Assembling this chair made me doubt the exististence of a higher power.

This chair has a beautiful design but horrible functionality! My 6m baby cries when I try to put him in this chair since his legs does not have enough space. Definitely it’s not made for all the babies
